De kamer was groot, de badkamer ook. Heel goede bedden en perfecte locatie

Cons:

Er was geen receptie en ook nergens aangegeven waar we ons moesten melden. Wij hadden geen warm water en konden daardoor niet douchen. Gemeld aan het hotel. We waren al weg, maar meer dan een dankjewel voor het melden, kregen we niet. Mss was een restitutie wel op zn plaats geweest

Sehr schönes Hotelzimmer!
Pros:

Wir haben ein schönes, großes Zimmer bekommen.
Die Lage fantastisch, alles kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Check in/ Check Out waren sehr einfach.
Die Ausstattung im Zimmer und Badezimmer war sehr modern und sehr schön. Gute Klima Anlage, WLAN und sehr bequemes Bett. Es war alles sehr gut.

Cons:

Der Fernseher war kompliziert zu benutzen und nur zu wenig Sendungen zu sehen.

Great central location for exploring Baden Baden.
Pros:

This hotel has an excellent location in the heart of Baden Baden. Right in the middle of the core restaurant action. Nice, big room with a comfortable bed. There's a very popular restaurant on the main floor of the building if you don't want to walk too far. The buffet breakfast was excellent and was served at a restaurant across the street.

Cons:

The WiFi was free but it was fairly weak in our room on the 3rd floor. There was no front desk so you need to hunt for the staff when you get there. We found them in the first floor restaurant's kitchen. Also, at check out there was no staff to be found so we left the key in the room.

Lage zentral und ruhig
Pros:

Lage sehr gut, zentral, zum Hinterhof ruhig. Personal freundlich. Matratzen für uns zu weich.
Frühstück im Nebenhaus gut, unproblematisch.

Cons:

Fernseher war kaputt. Zimmer wurde am Sonntag nicht gereinigt, Handtücher nicht gewechselt, das wurde nicht angekündigt.
Licht über der Innen-Zimmertür flackert dauernd.
