Our experience at Hotel Ninfa was extremely disappointing. We paid €270 for a two-night stay with breakfast included for our family (two adults and one teenage child), choosing this hotel because of the parking facilities and its outstanding 9.8 review score. Our purpose was to visit Naples while staying somewhere comfortable where we could get a good night’s sleep.
Unfortunately, it was impossible to sleep during the first night due to constant noise throughout the night: people coming and going, doors slamming, loud conversations in the corridors, and loud sexual noises. We reported the problem to the reception, but nothing changed.
Because we were unable to rest at all, we decided to leave after the first night and did not stay for the second night, even though it had already been paid for. As a result, we were also unable to have the breakfast that was included in our booking.
Paying €270 for a stay that we could not even complete because the hotel failed to provide the basic conditions for rest was extremely disappointing. Our experience was completely different from what the reviews led us to expect, and we cannot recommend this hotel.
