Great budget hotel with lovely staff
Pros:

Lovely, comfortable hotel. Nice room with balcony, good facilities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast.

Cons:

Bathroom is a shower room, which was fine to use bht slightly awkward.

Fine for transit for overnight- clean, comfy, food OK (breakfast and dinner).

Cramped bathroom with shower-everything gets wet. Not close to central Arusha- but not an issue for us.

The best 2 star hotel in Arusha.
Pros:

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Don’t let the star rating or the price fool you. it’s fantastic value for money. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was excellent. I stayed here twice in a few days and returned after our safari. And was consistent. Sara was wonderful and the other ladies.

We were only there for one night. Staff was friendly and room was clean.

Cons:

The place is old. This resulted in a bit of a urine smell in the bathroom, but we asked for it to be cleaned.

Good value for money. Clean. Reasonable sized room. Spacious. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. We would stay again.

Cons:

Its not the hotels fault, but you can hear the local mosque praying at 5am. It wakes you up every morning for 30 minutes.
