This is a budget hotel about 2 kilometers from the center of Arusha. However, it it is clean, secure and comfortable. One afternoon there were monkeys playing in the trees outside the hotel and coming onto the balcony. During the day you can walk around and into the main areas of town. The staff were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was good with ample portions. The shower had hot water.
The hotel is on a side "road" that is very rough and unpaved so be warned if you are driving a car. Not much the hotel can do about that. After dark you will need a flashlight/torch to get back to the hotel as the road is not lit.
There aren't many options for restaurants in the area but the hotel will make dinner with notice.
On my final morning I had a pickup scheduled for 7:15 and breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30. I didn't get my food until just after 7 so be aware and plan accordingly.
Sehr aufmerksames, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Hatte einen Unfall und konnte nicht mehr laufen. Alle kümmerten sich hervorragend und liebevoll um mich. Die Managerin kam jeden Abend zu meinem Zimmer, um nach meinem Befinden zu fragen.
Auch die Zimmer, der Komfort, die Sauberkeit - hervorragend.
Zum Frühstück gibt es jeden morgen ein Gericht der Wahl und immer unterschiedliche Smoothies.
Mehrfach musste ich meinen Aufenthalt verlängern, was nie ein Problem war.
Nichts zu beanstanden.

Narrow street from main road , making it very difficult for cars to come in
Very quiet, lovely staff, good value for clean rooms. They stored our suitcase for us while we went on safari for 3 days. They organised transfer to airport at 4am and he was on time. You can eat there and buy drinks but only local food. Breakfast is served but we never ate.
Not alot around the area except local stalls. We did find Wildebeest Cafe (15min walk) on main road. Had burgers and pizza. Very nice.

Very clean facilities located about 15 min from city center in a quiet neighborhood. Good breakfast, overall a good deal.

Bathroom is a shower room, which was fine to use bht slightly awkward.
