Very friendly staff
Pros:

The staff were amazing and so helpful. We arrived late but nothing was too much trouble. A very friendly start to our holiday.

Cons:

The location was mainly suitable for an overnight stay .

Great Value
Pros:

Extremely good value for money.. I had a large room with balcony for my 10 day stay including breakfast which was good. Staff exceptional helpful & friendly. Room clean & offered room service each day.

Cons:

Maybe a little tired in places but this is reflected in price. Would certainly stay again as I travel to Arusha twice yearly from Europe.

Would be hard to walk the few metres off main road to hotel due to condition of road.

Pros:

Цена/качество, постель и полотенце меняли каждый день, вкусный ужин, завтрак. Большой балкон с зоной отдыха. На территории банановые деревья, авокадо, декоративные цветы в вазонах на балконах. Всё было чисто, приветливый персонал. Цена 1 местного номера всего 18$ с завтраком.

Bon endroit pour visiter les alentours et faire des Safaris surtout Ngorongoro
Pros:

Ça a la qualité d'un veritable hotel 3 etoiles, en plus les singes viennent vous rendre visite au balcon, donc safari garantie, la nourriture y est bonne et bon marché, Les petits dejeuners sont tres copieux et bons.
Vous pouvez y reserver des safaris à bon prix.
La propreté est impeccable.
La balade vers le bas dans le village est tres interessante.
Il y a des supermarches a 5 min à pied.
Les stations de bus sont tres proches, vous pouvez utiliser In drive et Bolt.
Veronica la propritaire et son marie sont tres sympas et accueillants ainsi que tout le personnel, on s'y sent chez soi.

Nice place to stay in arusha.
Pros:

I enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. Also the staff was excellent and motel had a good breakfast. Also they had made some improvements to the balcony rooms since last time I stayed. They are great at implementing recommendations of guests on how to improve motel.

Cons:

The one thing that could have been improved is for some reason we had issues with hot water in smaller rooms. One issue was solved the second night but the other room had issues the whole time. The balcony rooms had no issues.
