Pros:

El trato de la recepcionista -camarera fue excelente. Tuve un problema de salud y estuvo pendiente de mi ayudándome.
En cuanto a la ubicación muy buena .

Cons:

El desayuno poco variado pero creo que es lo normal en esa cultura .
La ducha tenia cortinas y no mampara que lo veo mas higiénico.

Erg gedateerd. Onze kamer - huis 303 komt niet overeen met de serie foto’s tijdens boeken. Douche kraan is stuk en functioneert niet. Erg jammer.

Der Engel im Frühstücksraum

Ich bin beruflich sehr häufig in Hotels in ganz Deutschland unterwegs und habe selten einen derart enttäuschenden Aufenthalt erlebt.
Bereits bei der Anreise war der Empfang äußerst unfreundlich. Obwohl Temperaturen von 37 bis 39 Grad herrschten und wir mit Hund unterwegs waren, wurde uns weder ein Wassernapf für den Hund angeboten noch ein Platz im Hotel, um die Wartezeit bis zum Check-in zu überbrücken. Stattdessen wurde uns vom Concierge in einem unhöflichen Ton mitgeteilt, dass er erst um 15 Uhr wieder im Dienst sei. Wir mussten daher eine Stunde im Auto unter einem Baum warten, damit unser Hund nicht der extremen Hitze ausgesetzt war.
Dass ein denkmalgeschütztes Gebäude keine Klimaanlage haben kann, ist nachvollziehbar. Unverständlich ist jedoch, dass nicht einmal ein Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Zusätzlich funktionierte die Lüftung im Badezimmer nicht. Nach dem Duschen war das Zimmer durch die Hitze und hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit kaum auszuhalten.
Auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Das Zimmer wirkte ungepflegt, die Möbel waren alt und teilweise stark beschädigt. Hinzu kamen Probleme bei der Bezahlung: Es wurde eine Barzahlung verlangt, eine ordnungsgemäße Rechnung konnte zunächst nicht erstellt werden.
Der größte Schock folgte jedoch beim Frühstück. Aufgrund meiner Laktoseintoleranz bat ich um Mandelmilch. Die geöffnete Packung war nahezu leer und bereits verschimmelt. Die Kellnerin bestätigte sogar, dass dies die letzte Packung sei. Dass ein offensichtlich verdorbenes Lebensmittel überhaupt noch am Buffet angeboten wird, ist aus meiner Sicht absolut inakzeptabel.
Für den verlangten Preis habe ich einen deutlich höheren Standard erwartet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt aus meiner Sicht überhaupt nicht. Ich werde dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal besuchen und kann es leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
