Lovely location. Great lady on desk on check in.
One of our starters were cold and the fish, as part of main course was tasteless.
The fact that all guests have to pay to use the steam room/sauna and hot tubs is a joke. One of the rooms was out of order. I felt that it is a bit much to pay up near €400 for a hotel room and then be expected to pay €60 for a couple to use these facilities. There is no swimming pool so this facility I believe should be made available to guests staying in the hotel.
The lack of a bar area wasn’t great either.
The view of the river and the food were the highlight of our stay
The cost did not match the experience. We paid 365 euro for one night and then had to pay a further 60 euro just to use the spa facilities. Overall a very expensive night away.
Food was excellent as was the treatment from staff at all times. Thermal suite was a big hit. Really lovely, relaxing experience!

It was absolutely phenomenal! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The spa was to die for! and the rooms WOW! we loved every second of it. we could have stayed forever! Great stay Great staff and even better location. Really nice and quiet area overlooking the water. We will definitely be returning!

love the location and waking up to the river view. Wonderful staff who are chatty and cheerful. Mid summer in mid heat was difficult without air con, but otherwise fantastic!

Everything at the property is spotless and the atmosphere is calm. We were very well taken care of. It’s a very well run hotel in a stunning location, only a short walk to Ballina where there’s more fabulous hospitality. Thank you so much.

Everything from start to finish food was really good staff were friendly and the hotel was fabulous we had a wonderful stay ❤️ it was our wedding anniversary and there was a lovely welcome gift and card in room was so thoughtful
The view is beautiful. Very scenic to watch the kayaks and boats go by.
The spa was an additional cost to our room type (deluxe) which we just seemed really unnecessary given that the room itself was very expensive but is pretty basic so I’ve no idea what you’re paying for if the spa access isn’t included.
