A great 24 hours. We will be back
Pros:

Lovely energy in the building. Staff nice and professional. Great facilities. Spa, Rooms, Food, We will come back.

Cons:

Slight hiccup on arrival. No Booking.com booking had arrived. However it was sorted after 15 minutes. Coffee taste was not smooth. It should be for a top hotel like this. Either the coffee beans were off or the machine set incorrectly.

At the price point, it’s very disappointing and felt like price gouging.

The food was nice. Staff are friendly. Room decor is nice

Cons:

Staff nice but poorly trained. Breakfast buffet very minimal and only 1 hot item on the menu PP, additional cost for more. Use of basic spa facilities additional cost to the very overpriced room rate. Building exterior at spa requires cleaning and painting. Parking limited.

Cons:

For its prices, the breakfasts and dinners were a bit disappointing. Selections of breads and cereals at breakfast was limited. Bad enough that there was no porridge on the hot menu, but the overnight oats only came with almond milk - very 2020s no doubt, but very poor in my opinion!! Some dinner items were excellent, but the choice was not very extensive, and "fish of the day" was the same Saturday and Sunday, and not very appealing.

Excellent!
Pros:

Spa was amazing, the price is definitely reasonable. The food was delicious and the restaurant had a lovely view. The staff were so helpful and kind, especially Matthew at the front desk. We will absolutely be back for an extra night.

Very nice, but a couple of things could be improved
Pros:

Hotel itself and location were very nice. Spa was lovely. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Little things but the breakfast needs work in my opinion, it looks and tastes cheap ( the food that's made to order). Also myself and my partner ordered steaks cooked differently, and when the server served us the food didn't know which was which. Also as a paying guest I don't think you should have to pay extra to use the Jacuzzi.
