cheating!
Pros:

I booked for hotel avenue seeing rooms, rates and all, waited more than half an hour for an airport pick up and they took me to another hotel called emerald inn, the reason being it belongs to the same group!!! this is called fraud or cheating!!!

Expedia, you should deal with credible people, otherwise your credibility will be challenged!!!

And hotel avenue, be genuine otherwise there will be short term benefits, but longterm it will not!!

a really frustrated client who never never and never again use your service

and people, please dont go for this hotel called hotel avenue!!!
