We loved our stay at Hotel du Clocher. Perfect for a couple ski trip in Chamonix. Cozy and authentic and we loved Happy

Hotel du Clocher was wonderful! It was clean, cozy, and an authentic experience. And we especially loved the pup who greeted us every day!

A wonderful base for a Chamonix visit
Pros:

The location is superb- easy walk to the centre of town and easy walk to poma lift and telecabine to Brevent ski area. Pkenty of shops, bars, restaurants and a supermarket are just a few minutes walk.

The staff were exceptional and very knowledgeable. Their dog, Happy, is a charmer.

Cons:

The room was a bit small for us although the layout was very space efficient.

Incredible location, cozy charming rooms, amazing helpful staff

Cons:

The bed could’ve been a little more comfy - but otherwise truly no other complaints. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

lovely hotel at the center of Chamonix
Pros:

the location was very central and though the facility was a bit small it paid off in cozyness, comfort and service.

Cons:

the room was a bit too small for 3 people traveling for a ski trip.

This inn is a real gem - great location, friendly, beautifully alpine inside and out.
Pros:

Great location, on a quiet street but close to everything - maybe a 10 minute walk to the station. Kind and welcoming staff. The room was my dream of an alpine inn - cozy, thoughtfully appointed, with a mountain view. Breakfast was typical European - not fancy, but with fresh bread, local cheeses, and plenty to nourish folks going out for a day skiing. The third floor room was up a narrow staircase so some folks might wish to ask for a lower floor - although the view makes it worth the climb. Loved this place.
