Pros:

駅まで近く、立地が良く、車でも電車でも移動が楽に出来る。駅直結の商業施設も色々あって食事も困らなかった。

Cons:

2人でベットが狭い。
TV前に髪の毛が落ちていたのと、浴室天井が汚れていた。

もっと安くてもいいんじゃないかな？
Pros:

家族6人で比較的安く泊まれたのは、とても助かりました。
スタッフさんの対応は悪くはないと思います。普通？な感じ。

Cons:

別館の最上階に泊まりました。(本館はもっと良かったんだと思います)
4階まで階段でした。荷物が多いので往復する必要がありとても大変でした。ただ解って泊まっているのでそれについては文句はありません。他でベットで寝れる同額のホテルがあることを考えると少し残念でした。もっと安ければ割り切れるかな。
あと、エアコンは大きめなものが設置されてますが、ひたすら寒いです。別館の最上階は1部屋しかないためか？多分窓がある面(2面)は断熱材が入っていないんでしょうね。壁は湿気で水滴がすごく、寄りかかった際に濡れてしまいました。
窓を開けた時の柵が低く子供がいるご家庭は怖くて開けられないかと思いますね。
シャワーのお湯が難しかったです。子供には厳しいかな。ほんの少しの微調整で熱すぎたり冷たくなったり。最初勢いが良かったので、ちょっと嬉しかったのですが、結局お湯を調整してちょうど良くなった頃には勢いが無くなってました。残念。
途中階段登っている際、タバコ臭くてたまりませんでした。2階？3階？はきっと喫煙可なのかもしれません。苦手な方は若干要注意です。でも部屋は臭くありませんでした。タオルがちょっと臭かった？苦手な匂いでした。
洗濯機などは本館に行かなければならず、旅行中にお洗濯される方は注意です。ちなみに本館は道挟んで目の前なので階段以外はそれほど苦ではないかと。
今回イベント出演と出店があり宿泊させていただきましたが、色々大変で疲れが増してしまいました。

タバコの匂いと部屋に行くまでの動線がもう少し綺麗だと言うことなしです

本館向かえの別館だったので本館はわかりませんが、別館の2階にとまりました！
子供もいたので荷物などが多く車の往復が近かかったのですごく助かりました

Cons:

自分たちはタバコを一切吸わないので（自分はやめた側です）タバコの匂いがして少し気になりました！
子供もいたので予約時点でわかっていたらもうすこし考えていたかもしれません！
部屋の中は清潔でした！
隣の部屋の方も子連れでしたが鳴き声などは気になりませんでした！
急遽決まった旅行だったのと年末年始が絡んでいた点を考えたら値段的にはリーズナブルでした！

熊谷駅周辺で安価な宿だったが、少しの差額なら他の宿に泊まるべきだった

初めて埼玉に泊まり楽しかったです。
