Tout était parfait

Tout,
Nous ne sommes pas habitués aux établissements de ce standing, mais nous avons tout adoré.
L'accueil parfait, les conseils pour découvrir la ville, le personnel aimable et aux petits soins (nous sommes arrivés très tôt le 1er jour, mais la chambre étant prête nous avons pu en prendre possession, le petit dej nous a été offert ce jour-ci aussi)
La chambre sublime, avec un lit de qualité.
Le spa (piscine un peu fraîche) avec la piscine sur le rooftop (petite mais plus chaude).
Le petit déjeuner avec du choix et hyper bon.
La bouteille de vin qui nous attendait dans notre chambre pour le dernier soir.
Bref, si nos finances nous le permettent nous essayerons de revenir avec plaisir.

Blown away, by location and facilities, most definitely stay again
Pros:

The staff were exceptional and a credit to the hotel. In a fabulous boutique hotel that made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. A welcome cocktail and ‘checking in’ whilst sitting in the lounge was a special touch and felt a bit more personal.
The roof top pool area is just stunning, we were pleasantly surprised with its facilities, everything you could wish for, pool towels parasols as well as a pool service offering lunch drinks etc… never felt busy, in fact most of the time had it to ourselves. Lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. And the sun stayed up on the roof till very late if you wanted to make the most of the sunshine .
Breakfast was just exceptional with plenty of choice.
Location just perfect, walking distance to everywhere, only few steps from the main ramblas.

Cons:

There was absolutely nothing not to like about this little corner of paradise

A charming boutique hotel with exceptional service, delicious food, and the perfect location—we would happily stay here
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is small but incredibly cozy and charming. The staff were exceptionally attentive, friendly, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. The food was delicious, and the cocktails were beautifully presented. We also appreciated the thoughtful complimentary gifts, which made our stay feel even more special. The rooms are stylish, comfortable, and full of character, preserving the authentic charm of the building. The hotel’s location is also perfect for exploring the city on foot.

Cons:

There was very little to dislike. The only suggestion would be to heat the indoor pool, as it was a bit cold. However, the small saunas were excellent and made the spa experience very enjoyable.

Gorgeous boutique hotel with truly outstanding staff!
Pros:

We absolutely loved our 3 nights at Hotel Gloria de Sant Jaume. The highlights were the outstanding staff at front desk, at the bar and in the restaurant. They were all genuinely outstanding. The girls on the front desk were unbelievably helpful.
The room was a good size, bathroom was huge. The floor to ceiling glass doors were lovely opened in the morning hearing the children go to school nearby.
The bar area is small but plenty of seating and an incredibly well stocked bar. The bar staff were superb.
Breakfast was outstanding.
The rooftop area is gorgeous later in the day to chill out after a hot day in Palma. A lovely touch was having bar service up there.
The building itself is stunning and the history of it is fascinating.
The location is superb. We’ve been to Palma many times but staying here we discovered many new fab places to eat & drink.
I would not hesitate recommending this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
One tiny point, at check in it would be good to know that the restaurant isn’t open on a Monday & Tuesday. We saved Tuesday, our last night, to eat in the hotel as the reviews are excellent but unfortunately we didn’t know the restaurant was closed that night. The lovely girl on the desk did suggest an amazing place to have cocktails then somewhere local to eat that served the most fabulous tapas, so all wasn’t lost 😂

Perfektes Boutiquehotel für einen Städtetrip
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt inmitten der Fußgängerzone in der Nähe der Rambla. Aufgrund des angebotenen Valet-Parkservices hat man keinen Stress und kann das Auto auch mal kurz vor dem Hotel parken. Bei dem Gebäude handelt es sich um ein restauriertes Herrenhaus mit wunderschönen und liebevollen Details. Das Restaurant ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das Frühstück hervorragend. Uns wurde wirklich jeder Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen. Das Personal ist ausnahmslos freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das einzig störende war tatsächlich der Lärm in der Nacht. Obwohl wir in den Nebensaison gereist sind, war es nachts aufgrund von Straßenreinigungsarbeiten und dem Leeren von Mülltonnen sehr laut. Wie schon aufgeführt handelt es sich um ein altes Herrenhaus, weswegen die Schallisolierung eben einfach zu kurz kommt.

Wonderful hotel, beautiful interior and very friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were wonderful. We would definitely stay here again very happily. We were flying home that evening of the day we checked out and and we were able to leave our luggage there and use the spa facilities while we waited. Breakfast was delicious, and the spa and rooftop terrace are both beautiful spaces

Cons:

Unfortunately the noise from the street was very bad when we went to bed. This is probably due to it being a listed building with old/original windows but I had to use earplugs and was still woken repeatedly by noise
