A beautiful heritage hotel
Pros:

A beautiful hotel in the old part of Palma but very close to everything. The attention to detail was exceptional and the staff were so lovely. Breakfast was lovely and great cocktails in the bar. The perfect place to spend a few days.

Top Personal, top Lage, top Hotel.
Pros:

Fantastisches Hotel mit überragendem Personal. Sehr gute Lage, top Zimmer und vor allem ein unglaublich aufmerksames und zuvorkommendes Personal. Besonders die Concierge ist hervorzuheben.

Wonderful stay at a wonderful old hotel
Pros:

We liked the breakfast - particularly because we could also order off of the menu. But a special shout-out goes to Daniella who went above and beyond the call to meet our needs relative to observing to eclipse.

Great location. Fabulous breakfast.

Cons:

Arranged a private transfer through the hotel, driver not there and had to wait 40 minutes for pick up. The hotel were apologetic and reimbursed us for half the fare.

Great boutique hotel in superb location for a Palma city break
Pros:

Great location in the old town, real friendly helpful staff, great room, clean throughout and excellent breakfast. Roof top and plunge pool were a bonus and the spa facilities were great. Daniela on the front desk was particularly helpful in sorting and making our stay a memorable one.

Excellent and beautiful boutique hotel in a prime location
Pros:

The location was excellent and the staff was so friendly and informative. The interiors are beautiful and the rooftop with the swimming pool was so welcoming. Great sauna and spa too.
Would love to stay here again.
