Der Service war perfekt.
Pros:

Der Service, das Personal, war perfekt. Sehr zuvorkommend und hat wirklich alle Wünsche erfüllt. Die Lage des Hotels ist natürlich sehr gut (mitten in der Altstadt) aber das bieten auch andere. Wie gesagt, der Service ist das besondere in diesem Hotel.

Lovely relaxing stay in Palma

Exquisite, friendly, central, beautiful and welcoming
Pros:

Excellent location in the old part of Palma, lovely welcome from staff. Small (14 bedroom) hotels with two pools. Great cocktails and exceptional cooked breakfast.

A wonderful hotel in a unique setting - extremely comfortable, can highly recommend.
Pros:

An unbeatable location looking straight out onto the beach. Our room was amazing and one of the best views to wake up to sitting up in bed in the morning.

Pros:

Me gustó mucho las instalaciones que tenia. El servicio excelente, el personal nos aconsejó sitios y lugares para visitar. El hotel queda a 10 minutos andando de casi todas las atracciones. Tiene un spa super acogedor y relajante. No tengo nada malo que decir. Me encantó

Cons:

Me gustó todo. El desayuno buffet tenía poca variedad de comida pero como se puede elegir del menú fue muy satisfactorio.

.Henkilökunnan palvelu oli loistavaa, etenkin vastaanoton Louis oli äärimmäisen avulias ja järjesti illallisemme erinomaisissa ravintoloissa.

Cons:

Aamiainen oli kohtalainen, hieman niukan puoleinen ja tilatut annokset viipyivät turhan pitkään. Maku sinänsä erinomainen. Aamiaisen tilaaminen oli hitaanpuoleista, ilmeisesti henkilökuntaa ei riiottävästi paikalla näin off season.
Huoneet siistit, mutta hieman kuluneen oloiset.

Impressed from start to finish
Pros:

The staff above and beyond our expectations to make sure we had a lovely stay. The service was personal and friendly, from booking restaurants recommending things to do as well as the cocktails from their beautiful bar. We would definitely return and recommend this hotel - if you go try the Haka!! One of the best cocktails we’ve had 🤩
