Beautiful, elegant stay with next level hosting
Pros:

This is an exceptional hotel. I’ve stayed in great 5* hotels before but the difference with The Gloria is the personal touch and atmosphere. I felt taken care of as soon as I walked in the door to a warm smile and welcome.

Cons:

Impossible to find anything!

Hotel is dated in the 18th century, situated in the Old Town. Beautifully restored.
Pros:

Breakfast was fresh and good quality. Service was wonderful and the staff super friendly and professional.

Heureusement que le personnel super top est là pour relever le niveau de l’hotel

Le personnel très serviable et aimable.
La localisation de l’hôtel dans la ville.

Cons:

Très bruyant, les matelas bradés de boutons durs que l’on sent dans le lit, les mauvaises odeurs parfois, la différence entre le descriptif et la réalité- par exemple le petits déjeuner n’a rien d’exceptionnel, la piscine du haut est en fait un bassin d’un mètre quinze de profondeur d’1 m50 de large et 3 m de longueur-. Pour moi ce n’est absolument pas un 5 étoiles.

Luxury days in Palma
Pros:

The rooftop sunbathing area is fantastic for a few hours of relaxation before heading out on excursions. The spa area in the basement is perfect for evening relaxation.

Cons:

It’s only place for improvement.
I would suggest the Coffee machine at the breakfast as it takes time while the waitress is gathering the orders and preparing a coffee individually for everyone. Breakfast is very special and individually made.

Fantastisch en ongelooflijk, het was de hemel op aarde!
Pros:

Prachtig gebouw, heerlijk ingericht, toponthaal door alle medewerkers ( Llúis in het bijzonder!)
Ook fantastisch gelegen, in een prachtige stille wijk en tegelijk in het hart van Palma!

Beautiful hotel, will definitely return
Pros:

Arrived early, but room was made available almost immediately
We were given an upgrade on one of the rooms which was a lovely surprise
Joaquim on reception was so helpful with restaurant suggestions and nothing was too much trouble
Rooms were beautiful, high ceilings and beautifully furnished
Breakfast was off a high standard
Spa area was a welcome addition
Overall a brilliant stay, would return

Had to ask for sauna to be switched on
Slight noise from street at night

Elegant stay in center of Palma
Pros:

Beautifully furnished and decorated.In walking distance to many sights and restaurants.Friendly reception, check in and advise where to eat.

Cons:

Spa opening times misleading.When I arrived at 8. 20 there was no sign at door that spa was not to be used,as pool was being cleaned. When in pool someone told me to get out and to come back in an hour!? Steam room did not function the day before. Small problems, but annoying at time .
Window in room did not open as wood seemed swollen.
