Fantastisch en ongelooflijk, het was de hemel op aarde!
Pros:

Prachtig gebouw, heerlijk ingericht, toponthaal door alle medewerkers ( Llúis in het bijzonder!)
Ook fantastisch gelegen, in een prachtige stille wijk en tegelijk in het hart van Palma!

Beautiful hotel, will definitely return
Pros:

Arrived early, but room was made available almost immediately
We were given an upgrade on one of the rooms which was a lovely surprise
Joaquim on reception was so helpful with restaurant suggestions and nothing was too much trouble
Rooms were beautiful, high ceilings and beautifully furnished
Breakfast was off a high standard
Spa area was a welcome addition
Overall a brilliant stay, would return

Elegant stay in center of Palma
Pros:

Beautifully furnished and decorated.In walking distance to many sights and restaurants.Friendly reception, check in and advise where to eat.

Cons:

Spa opening times misleading.When I arrived at 8. 20 there was no sign at door that spa was not to be used,as pool was being cleaned. When in pool someone told me to get out and to come back in an hour!? Steam room did not function the day before. Small problems, but annoying at time .
Window in room did not open as wood seemed swollen.

A conseiller pour vos vacances ..situé au cœur de Palma ,à 500 m de tout ,dans un décor de rêve , bâtisse en pierre et bois a l image de Palma , chambre luxueuse,en matériaux anciens ,accueil formidable , d une délicatesse que l on ne trouve pratiquement plus dans nos hôtels 5 étoiles français !tout y est…le personnel à votre disposition totale avec le sourire , un verre d accueil vous est offert , une fois dans votre chambre , encore une attention particulière,on vous offre une bouteille de vin à déguster, accompagné de petits macarons …un personnel adorable.. une superbe literie … et que dire du petit déjeuner ou tout vous est proposé…pour passer un superbe week-end en couple rien de mieux que cet hôtel !! L hôtel, le personnel est à l image de la ville , des majorcains , accueillant et sympathique… nous français avons vraiment besoins de nous remettre en question au niveau tourisme et communication

Der Service war perfekt.
Pros:

Der Service, das Personal, war perfekt. Sehr zuvorkommend und hat wirklich alle Wünsche erfüllt. Die Lage des Hotels ist natürlich sehr gut (mitten in der Altstadt) aber das bieten auch andere. Wie gesagt, der Service ist das besondere in diesem Hotel.

Lovely relaxing stay in Palma
