Satisfaisant globalement mais nous aurions préféré un confort supérieur au niveau de la chambre
Pros:

La cordialité, disponibilité et serviabilité du gérant sont jugées très satisfaisantes.
Les chambres du patio (extension de l'hôtel) sont en retrait donc très calmes
Je ne peux pas donner d'avis sur le petit déjeuner car nous n'avons pas retenu cette option

Cons:

A mon sens, Les équipements et le confort de notre chambre située dans le patio ne sont pas en conformité avec le niveau de prestation de l'hôtel la villa des bain 3 étoiles.
A titre d'exemple, les matelas creusés, l'évacuation du receveur de la douche non fixé est gênant voire dangereux et le mobilier (ex : table de chevet) me semble pas approprié (non fonctionnel) pour ce type d'établissement
Pas toujours facile de stationner devant l'hôtel particulièrement pour le déchargement de nos valises

La personne qui nous a accueilli était très sympathique et aux petits soins

Cozy, comfortable stay in a charming beachside town in Normandy.
Pros:

This was our first time visiting Houlgate and the Cabourg area. The Villa Les Bains is located right downtown and a short walk to the beach. We visited in December, so there was no trouble finding parking across from the hotel. The hotel is cozy and charming, the check in area has a sitting area and a small bar with a winter theme for the season, I would have stayed and read a book there if I'd had the time. The rooms (we had two as a family of four) were comfortable and tastefully decorated. We had breakfast and it was well stocked and delicious with a lot of choice. Everything was wonderful and we hope to return again to visit for a few more days in the off-season. Also, the staff (I don't have his name) was welcoming, professional, and very helpful. Merci Villa Les Bains!

Superbe hôtel cosy et plage proche de l'établissement
Pros:

Chambre très confort avec vue sur la mer.
Le petit déjeuner était très bon avec des produits locaux qui ont été très appréciés.
Notre hôte était très à l'écoute de nos besoins et disponible. Merci beaucoup pour cette joli parenthèse dans votre établissement.

La vue et la taille de la chambre petite pour un 4*
Pas de parking dans l'hôtel, il faudrait préciser parking de l'église gratuit à proximité
Pas de service de restauration dans l'hôtel le soir ni possibilité de prendre une boisson chaude dans la chambre

Proche du casino et des restaurants du centre de Houlgate. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture.
