Hotel room is in good condition, I like the anti slip floor in the shower. Lots of food nearby. Easy to get a taxi anytime.

Friendly staff, great gym

Property is new, clean and comfortable. I love that it’s right beside a big mall and there’s lots of eateries within walking distance as well.

Good location, very close to a shopping mall and lots of stores and eateries nearby.

The hotel staff is well trained and they have a robot to deliver your delivery orders to your room.

The swimming pool and gym are well equipped.

Wanda Realm Hotel is truly one of the most luxury hotels I've been to.
The designs and decorations of this hotel reflects the culture and beauty of China.
The lobby is quite impressive, the rooms are well established, wide apace and very clean.
Location is close to historic city wall and river, and next to a big shopping mall (about 5 min walking distance), where you may find International Fast Food chains in addition to Chinese Restaurants.
Hotel restaurants are mainly Chinese and you'll find it difficult to eat if you do not like Asian Food.
Staff is quite nice, however, No English speakers!
Internet service is terrible, and Google applications is not allowed in China.
Smoking rooms are available.
I highly recommend this hotel, and it will be my choice if I visit this city again.

The room was extremely hot. I request to lower the temperature on the 1sr day, but was told that they have central air was unable to manage any lower. I stayed for three nights, had to tolerate 25 *F=77 *C. It was horrible!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. This hotel looks pretty new and well-maintained. The lobby is magnificent. The room is nicely decorated but a little small. It’s conveniently located close to the shopping and tourist attractions. But when we arrived and left, there was no one that helped us with the luggage. Another issue is that the temperature is centrally controlled and cannot be adjusted in the room.

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding. It was exceptional in every way. Check in was smooth and staff were friendly, courteous, and very accommodating. The building is very clean and well maintained. Even where you can see use of materials I.e.carpet, it is clean and in good repair. The room was wonderful. Great view of the river and the old wall area. Great walk in shower and plenty of hot water. Fridge was stocked and there was a coffee pot for hot tea or coffee. Tv worked well and was easy to use. Plenty of receptacles to power electronics. The included breakfast was unbelievable; eggs to order, bread and a traditional style western bfast or Chinese if you like. Lots of pastries. I would have expected to pay much more for this class of hotel.

Lovely hotel, only a 5 minute walk from the east gate of the old town, on a main road so also easy to get a taxi. The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was great, huge selection of food. Brilliant service.

I've become a big fan of the Wanda Realm hotels on this trip. There was much talk in my group of the long-awaited chance to actually have a soak in a real bath, denied to all of us on the road. And the Wanda Realm didn't disappoint, delivering the level of services we've come to expect from this chain in other cities. Next door to a shopping mall, so food and amenities were never an issue.
