Pros:

Hotel położony idealnie, blisko dworca ale także kilka kroków od starego miasta i zamku. Z zewnątrz wygląda zwyczajnie ale w środku jest bardzo ładnie i zaskakująco nowocześnie urządzony, co jest ewenementem jeśli chodzi o Włochy i hotele. Bardzo ładne meble w sali śniadaniowej, piękne lobby. Pokój dostałam większy niż zamówiony, dziękuję.
Bardzo wygodne łóżko i super delikatna pościel. W pokoju wszystko co potrzebne. Kontakt z recepcją przed przyjazdem wzorowy co też nie jest standardem. Naprawdę chętnie zatrzymałabym się ponownie.

Cons:

W pokoju duszno, nawiew działa wiadomo, kiedy jest się w pokoju. W nocy za oknem hałasuje klimatyzacja jeśli chce się spać przy otwartym a ta w pokoju też jest głośna.

Miglior albergo di Trento
Pros:

È l'albergo più confortevole e piacevole dove soggiornare: torno a Trento solo se c'è posto qui. Stanza comoda, ottima illuminazione, materasso e cuscini perfetti. Doccia e bagno eccellenti, prodotti di qualità per l'igiene e la cura del corpo, piccoli omaggi. Colazione eccellente e personale gentilissimo e disponibile.

Cons:

È tutto perfetto. A voler provare a migliorarlo ancora, cambierei solo i phon.

Pros:

Camera pulita, ottima colazione, perfetta la convenzione con il parcheggio, personale gentile e preciso.

Cons:

Il prezzo della colazione (comunque ottima e abbondante), uguale per esterni e ospiti dell'hotel a mio avviso toglie qualcosa e fa sentire meno speciale essere ospiti della struttura

Hotel vicinissimo al centro e alla stazione, super comodo per girare la città a piedi. Vicino alle maggiori attrazioni turistiche e a ristoranti e locali. Lo staff è stato veramente cordiale, gentile e disponibile. Ci è stata consegnata inclusa nel soggiorno, la Guest card di Trento, che include entrate gratis o scontate ai luoghi di interesse e i trasporti gratuiti.
Camera non solo pulitissima, ma anche ben tenuta con tutti i confort. Letto comodo, con tanto di topper e doppia scelta per i cuscini, entrambi comodi.
Colazione abbondante e buona, possibilità di farsi fare i cappuccini e i caffè dal bar, cosa che aumenta la qualità del servizio. Provato anche l'aperitivo al bar dell'hotel: cocktail squisito e taglierino di speck e formaggio gustoso.
