Overall, it was really an amazing staycation except for what happened regarding the check out.
Pros:

I had a pleasant staycation. Friendly staff and spacious room. Loved the upgrade gesture. Quick check-in. Dior spa experience was just refreshing. And finally the views were amazing.

Cons:

I was upset from the arabic lady in the reception when i went for my card as it was deactivated after finishing up breakfast at the 4th floor. The lady was not able to offer some time for us to do a late check out. She insists that the latest she can offer is 1 pm. So we went back to the room for a quick shower and getting our stuff packed for the check out. Called reception to send someone to take out our luggage and we’ve waited for more than one hour !!! If such thing would happen i don’t understand why the lady did not offer us a late check out then this made me somehow upset!

Waste of time and money

Massively overpriced for effectively just a room, none of the F&B outlet outlets are open, the staff on the pool that we were rude and surly with a poor attitude, the one f&b outlet refuses to take my order despite it being on the menu, pool facilities required over a two wait fir a sun-bed. We woukd have been better of staying at home and go to a super restaurant for the value we received - an utterly underwhelming and disappointing experience for my partner’s birthday
