DEL style Osaka Higashitemma by Daiwa Roynet Hotel

朝食は３つの選択肢があり、量も調度良いでした。大きなお風呂があり、洗い場もきちんと仕切られており使いやすい印象でした。さらに湯舟の下に石が敷き詰められており、とても心地良かったです。女性には専用のエレベーターを使えるカードがあり、湯上りでも男性と顔を合わせずにすむアイディアはとても良いと思いました。一階の共有ロビーのデザインも良く、外国人も多かったですが、マナーも良く、快適でした。

清潔で、バストイレも広くコインランドリーも近くとても便利で助かりました。

外食やショッピングも豊富でしたよ👍😊

大浴場があり、ゆっくりできます。
お盆と年末年始に毎年利用しています。

梅田に近くて動きやすい。

少し気になることがあり、ホテルにお問合せしたのですが、丁寧に迅速にご回答いただき、大変感謝しております。
ホテルの設備も整っており、満足して宿泊できました。

The only dislike about this hotel is the room size. It is extremely small for 5 people (2 adults and 3 kids). Otherwise the hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful.

綺麗な施設でした。

Great location - it’s literally a few mins walk from the OsakaTemmangu JR station and the Minami-Morimachi Metro station. It’s also a walkable distance to the Osaka Castle Park (coz whether you opt to take public transport or on foot it’s both gonna take you around 40mins)
Interior - decent and modern. Would have been better if there’s more storage space in the room. I’ve stayed at other Daiwa Roynet hotels and some had ample shelves that allow very convenient storing of items.
Amenities - there are coffee tea and some basic amenities like toothbrush, cleaning oil etc at the lobby
Facilities - there are coin operated laundries which we didn’t use. There is also a seating area at the lobby with free coffee machine as well as a microwave which could be quite useful. There’s also a public bath, it’s not big but sufficient if you want to relax at the end of a long day. They also use showerheads from Refa which I enjoyed.

Overall a very pleasant stay.

Couldn't complain about anything for a three star hotel the size of the room was fairly decent. The room was quiet, centrally located, about a 10 mins walk from the nearest metro station. Staff were friendly and spoke a decent amount of english.

The hotel doesn't have a decent breakfast for vegetarians though so I'd recommend if you are a vegan/vegetarians don't bother buying breakfast or the B&B package.

The hotel doesn't have its own restaurant place however offers breakfast at a nearby cafe di espresso,we had no vegetarian options whatsoever and only ate jam and bread and a cup of coffee since we are vegetarians and don't consume egg. We skipped breakfast the following day as the hotel had a coffee machine that could be used throughout the day,which also served better coffee than what they had at breakfast!

Small room

急遽宿泊しなければならず、当日予約しました。大浴場が付いているホテルを探しておりましたところ、比較的新しい施設であるとのことで選びました。
チェックインが23時を過ぎておりましたが大浴場には女性専用エレベーターで行き来できるため、安心して入浴することができました(大浴場は25時まで)。
翌日11:00のチェックアウト後、急遽オンラインミーティングが入ってしまいフロントの方へ近隣でミーティングボックスなどないかお聞きしたところ色々調べてくださいました。
最終的には1Fのフリースペースをお借りすることになり、ご対応に感謝しております。
ありがとうございました。
出張の際にはまた利用させていただきたいと思います。

Windows view is back of building, nothing to see
Hotel is nice, have coffee machine in lobby, can keep the luggage after checkout, can enjoy hot spring and room is including bathtub, hotel is near to JR station but not located in central area

좋았긴 했는데 조금 엘리베이터 앞이라 조금의 소음이 있었네요~! 친절하게 안내해주시고 요청해주셔서 잘 지냈습니다.

JR站出口有升降機，酒店離車站只需3分鐘步程，附近有familymart，很方便！ 對面街有餐廳，也有神社。
職員很有禮貌，酒店有中文說明細節，酒店有女性專用升降機，房間整潔，有提供電髮棒！
雖然房間很小，可能只能放一個打開的行李箱。
