Pros:

We stayed at the hotel for a business trip. The location was superb. Breakfast was delicious. Nice pool and sauna and gym. The rooms were immaculate. Only downside was the bed was very soft as were the pillows

Pros:

Location - initially had the cheapest room with no window - way too hot and temperature control - upgraded for a small fee and the room was brilliant

Location, food , staff and service

Cons:

The property charged us 2000¥ as deposite, after checking out they only refunded 849¥, without explanation the reason of deduction.

Secondly, it wasn't mention on the booking conditions that a deposit of 2000¥ has to be paid. This is clients misleading.
