Pros:

Location - initially had the cheapest room with no window - way too hot and temperature control - upgraded for a small fee and the room was brilliant

Location, food , staff and service

Cons:

The property charged us 2000¥ as deposite, after checking out they only refunded 849¥, without explanation the reason of deduction.

Secondly, it wasn't mention on the booking conditions that a deposit of 2000¥ has to be paid. This is clients misleading.

Phenomenal
Pros:

It was very clean. Large, spacious rooms. Excellent bathroom facilities. It had everything I needed and then some. The breakfast menu had several choices with good seating environment.

Cons:

I can't find anything to complain about.
