ROOM Service should work all night, at it should be on English
Room was good, bed comfy, aircon was nice and cool. Bar downstairs (whiskey and cigar) was great.
Food was bland, with no taste. But worse of all, the internet was not functioning. The hotel needs to
do something to help foreigners get better internet access. This spoiled our whole stay, as we could not
work conveniently on our laptops.

Good hotel location with nice breakfast. Just that the SOP for the hotel service is not standardize. E.g. Some time room clean with floor mat replace some time not. Some time with wash the washroom glass but not always. Service attitude of of staff like in the restaurant can be improve.
This hotel is well positioned on a busy street with lots of shops and shopping villages around. Loads of places to eat nearby and easy to acess.
The hotel was very modern, clean and presentable. Staff were friendly and my room was a great size.
Bathroom was clean with a separate shower and separate toilet.
Love the free 2x water bottles as these are a great thing to take with you on a day out.
Breakfast was a decent mix of local and western so enough to get you by depending on your tastes.
Only complaint for me was the lingering smoke smell. I understand these hotels offer smoking and non-smoking and put up with it however coming from a country where you can't smoke inside at all it was noticeable so just putting it out there for future travellers to be aware of.
Average. Got a call after I checked out indicating they want me to give a good rating. Then I realised that I’ve left my phone charger and cable in the room but no one mentioned anything. Breakfast was pretty good, very clumsy for western breakfast but quite good at providing some local treats.
Surrounding, breakfast, prople, food, gym and swimming pool
For business reasons, I have been here now for the 3th time since last half year and each time stayed around 4 weeks. And I have to tell that the hotel is very good. It offers a breakfast with a wide choice of western and Asian dishes and in the evening a buffet with a lot of choice.
Location is close to 2 shopping malls and in the neighborhood there are many restaurants. I'm happy with this place and looking forward to come back for a 4th time soon.
When you walk through the door you think wow. Modern hotel with slick check in. Rooms look great with quality products in them but... you go to a hotel for a good nights sleep. My air con was broke. It was like sleeping in a sauna. At three in the morning went down to reception to sort it out. Couldn’t sort it so I couldn’t sleep. No apology in the morning. Worst nights sleep I had in a hotel I’ve ever had
Stayed one night on executive floor with spacious floor and all ameniyies including english news station. Quiet and comfortable room with good hot shower and rain shower as well. Full choice of fresh fruit, at breakfast.
Definitely first hotel choice in Bengbu.
