Group policy: Booking of more than 5 rooms will apply different cancellation and guarantee policy. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking that has come for 5 or more rooms even with different names /confirmation numbers, from same source as the booking will be considered a group booking, with different rate and policies applicable.

Food items in the breakfast should be more and more hygiene is required.
The rooms have recently been renovated giving them a warm cozy feel. The staff is welcoming and always ready to help!
The bathrooms and amenities can be slightly better.
Staff very good. Hotel and rooms were clean and bright.
No bar or lounge. Selection of breakfast very limited. The hotel needs a written menu on each table at breakfast time.
Over all it a nice stay with nice room and good food and miss sasmita was very helpful though out the stay and our stay was very comfortable

The facility provided were good and food was good too rooms were clean and housekeeping were pretty much excellent. The food was served by sasmita which was on time and proper .
Overall experience at Leon tree was good. Rooms are clean & comfortable. We had small issue with water tap which was quickly solved by Srinivas. Reception team is also welcoming & helpful.
Purnima & Sasmita at restaurant was quite quick in response & available for faster service. Service at cooking end may need to optimise especially at dinner time.
