Great location and excellent food. Also very friendly and accommodating host.
The place was fairly quiet, and most staff members were friendly. There’s also a great café next door with a friendly, professional barista.
The shower is outdated and doesn’t work properly. The Wi-Fi is unreliable and unsuitable for online work. The room was overpriced for what was provided. One staff member who prepared breakfast consistently came across as grumpy and unfriendly.
Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room and location
The Chef House Resort is an exceptional place in Kathmandu! We enjoyed the spacious room, the hot shower which worked flawlessly all the time, the high-quality food, including lunch/dinner and the continental breakfast which was included in our booking. The location is great for visiting the big Stupa and the famous Hindu temple. Just on the other side of the road there is a new and modern supermarket, very convenient. The airport is also not far away (20minutes with a taxi for ~4€).
We can highly recommend this little oasis in Kathmandu which allows you to relax from the sometimes chaotic, dusty and loud city 😊
Very clean and comfortable.
Reasonable price, delicious breakfast, friendly helpful staff.
Nothing
Breakfast was excellent, nice combination. The herbs on fried potatoes 👍. Toast good with butter& apricot jam.
Plenty to eat , milk coffee delicious.
I have no complaints. I realize inflation hits us all, I would hope the price was alittle lower. I paid $ 29. Nite U.S. dollars. I'd like to pay $ 24- 26. Per nite. Overall very satisfied keep up the good work, Ramesh, Sanjeet, Promise, and Undesch.
Very relaxing and comfortable place to stay.
Everything
Customer service
Was staffs are very friendly, only things foods price is very high, although I loved to stayed.
I liked everything part from foods prices to high
The property itself is not that bad and the staff were friendly if you get lucky to talk with them.
You hardly get any staff at the reception to talk, well they do talk nicely if you ever got a chance. Lets not talk about the aminities here, it’s atrocious.
