Pros:

Расположение рядом с пляжем с сардинами и черепахами. Ехать никуда не нужно - он в двух шагах. Но далековато от цивилизации ). Но нас это устроило. В отеле и номере чисто.

Номер небольшой, без вида.

Value for money for a great Moalboal stay
Pros:

Very close to the centre of town and yet quiet and peaceful. Friendly and helpful staff. A good sized room with nice bathroom.

Very good stay near the beach.
Pros:

The room at this hotel was very simple but exactly what you need. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the AC was not near the bed and the bathroom has a window (big plus). The hotel is very close to the beach and although the road is a bit hard for the cars you can walk the bad part :) The staff is also very nice. We rented also a scooter for a day, and they answered all our questions and concerns very fast.

Cons:

The water pressure has some issues sometimes but you just have to let the reception know and they will fix it.
The window in the room doesn't open but we had the one in the bathroom - which was enough for ventilation.

Pros:

The property is right beside the Panagsama Beach (2 minutes to walk), which is the prime snorkelling location in not just Moalboal but all of Cebu.

Cons:

The road for vehicles to this spot is narrow and rough, it takes a while to get to the Moalboal main road even though the distance is not much. Cabs/tuktuks also charge more due to that reason.

Les plus:
Personnel adorable, omniprésent et trés attentif.
Hôtel propre ( on les voit nettoyer tous les jours et cela est vraiment appréciable+++)
Central, nombreux restaurants tout proches, diving center....
Trés bon rapport qualité prix si vous devez séjourner à Basdiot
Resto bar de l hôtel non loin face au coucher de soleil

Cons:

Chambre basic un peu petite ( pour 3 nuits c est suffisanr;) un rouleau de papier toilette pour 3 jours un peu juste😄
Nous avons plus apprécié notre hôtel que séjourner à Basdiot, plutôt sale et délabré🙃
Par contre sûrement incontournable pour la plongée ( centre juste à côté de l hôtel;)
