Great value for money, especially for families. We stayed as a family of five (3 adults and 2 kids) and booked a family room, which was spacious and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout our stay.
The only downside was the location. If it rains, you'll likely have to walk through some puddles to get to the main road. Other than that, it wasn't an issue. Also, keep in mind that it takes around 15 minutes by tuk-tuk to reach White Beach.

la posizione è la parte migliore, zona silenziosa e tranquilla, ma in 2 minuti a piedi si raggiungono i principali dive center della zona e la famosa spiaggia con le sardine.
volendo essere ipercritici, il ristorante legato all'albergo ha una qualità non al top. però la posizione è fenomenale, si può mangiare in riva al mare e godere di bellissimi tramonti

Amazing location. The mattress in the room was very comfortable and made the stay very comfortable. Its in a quiet corner right on the water and could not be a better location! Close to the sardines and snorkeling. Highly recommend.
Bathroom was a bit outdated especially the shower. But all in all it was not that bad, and I would stay here again.
Cleanliness
Staff or rules policies that doesnt have any consideration to their first timer guest, not a recommendable location to stay in cebu
Great location, clean, fantastic air conditioning in the room, friendly and helpful staff and super easy to rent a scooter through the hotel. The staff organised a transfer from Cebu to the hotel which was very convenient. The hotel resturant was also great.

Staff were friendly and always helpful, they also kept the hallway very clean, and it was easy to rent a motorbike directly from them + to store our luggage for a few hours after check-out. Location was convenient, a very short walk to the beach with amazing snorkelling opportunities (I thought it was actually on the beach when making the booking - this is not the case). Mainly quiet at night, great for light sleepers. We were also given a voucher for welcome drinks at the restaurant on arrival, which was a nice surprise.
The pillows were insanely uncomfortable. The extension cord the lamp was plugged into had some issues and if nudged, the light would start flickering or simply go out. The shower head was basically fully blocked, my partner had cleaned it himself - could do with some general descaling. Not sure why, but even with the aircon on, it took days for our swimmers to dry when hanging them up in the room. I thought the restaurant was part of the building where the hotel was, but the info seems to be somewhat misleading, or I misjudged the location. The hotel itself is not directly on the beach (some rooms may have sea view, not sure, ours and a few others definitely didn’t, and neither was there a common area where you could sit and chill with a view when hiding from the sun for a bit after a few busy days).
Staff was very accommodating and pleasant
Room was clean but the beddings and towels were old and discolored. The cover on my bed was a red and black flannel and did not go with the decor and vibe of the place. The towels were very old and not a clean crisp white. The location was not great since the hotel was not at the water. The way to get to the water's edge was very disappointing. For having such a great experience with the sardines and sea turtles, the way to get to the water's edge was actually unsafe. There needs to be a better pathway to get to the water instead of uneven steps without adequate handrails. The pathway was dirty, muddy, and not aesthetically pleasing. It could be so much better if some funds were used to make the place cleaner and safer.
