The hotel was clean and tidy, staff were friendly and it was a perfect base for me as i was working at Doğuş University which is close to the hotel location.

My experience at this hotel was a complete disappointment. The cleanliness is atrocious. The toilets, floors, and kitchen are filthy. We left our keys 3-4 times requesting cleaning, but even after so-called cleaning, the situation remained the same.

Our room lacked the most basic necessities; there was no kettle, cup, glass, plate, etc. Communication and information were non-existent.

Various parts of the rooms are worn out and damaged due to dampness and moisture, and they look terrible. Do not be deceived by the photos you see online. They constantly provide misleading information. We requested a cup but were told they couldn't provide one.

The so-called double bed was just two single beds pushed together, making it very uncomfortable, and we couldn't sleep properly. The refrigerator’s internal freezer was broken and they didn’t fix it so everything you leave in their goes ice. No hot water on the first day. Toilet door was broken and wouldn’t shut properly so you hear it slamming all night from the wind.

We booked two rooms for 6 people for 14 days, but problems started from the very first day. Check-in was delayed by 1.5 hours because they gave our room to someone else (even though we arrived 2 hours before check-in time).

We requested an early check-out on the first day, but they said they couldn't issue a refund. They were not helpful at all. I will never choose this hotel again.

The pool and the sauna was not accessible :(

Breakfast is very moderate. No juices, coffee at extra expense.
The restaurant in the hotel is closed.
Big comfortable apartments. Great price.
Behind on maintenance. Like faucet with no handle.

Das Zimmer war wie abgebildet. Leider nicht so sauber, wie erwartet. Wir haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht. Wenn ich eine Unterkunft für mehrere Nächte brauchen würde, dann würde ich mir eine andere Unterkunft suchen.

Staff were great, nice breakfast, but the hotel stay and breakfast cost were overly priced. Dollar exchange value is pretty high in Istanbul and the price for this 3-star hotel should be only be in low $40s.

Les chambres étaient globalement dégradées et sales. Le personnel est aimable et accueillant mais la chambre est vraiment très sale, je n'entrerai pas dans le détails.

Cleaness, location and staff (Yaren & Furkan)

1- Staff not professional, even they can't speak English and all the time using google translator to communicate with guest.
2- room cleaning every 3 days not every day.
3- breakfast very poor and if any items finish and you ask to get this item, they will say to you sorry its finish even during breakfast time which is from 8 to 11.
4- if you request anything to your room they will not bring and you should keep asking many times.
5- to clean your room you should inform reception and keep they key with them and end of the day when you will back to your room you will find you room not clean as you left in the morning.
5- room doesn't have safe box.
6- when you book apartment room with full bed and sofa bed you will not have full bed, only they have twin bed and they make it as a full bed.
7- internet speed is good but the internet connection is poor and you should insert user name and password every few hours.
I booked in this hotel 3 rooms for me and my family (2 apartment room and 1 studio room) and room number was 102, 316, 703 and now I'm staying in 403.
I don't like my current room 403 because i requested many things to the room and they didn't bring until now.
my advice to you if you are looking for nice stay for beautiful vacation don't book in this hotel because you will have many issues especially in communication with reception team and any request you want.
only I'm staying in this hotel now because the value of money and its very close to my work.

Heating systems were not working although ı informed recepiton no one took any aciton.
Room floor was not clean some dirts were on the floor and floor was sticky.
Most poor thing is that ı couldn't get my invoice for more than week ı left.

Good structure of properties are not utilized by few issues as followings;
- lack of reception staffs, only one in front desk but had phone call most of times. I waited for 15 minutes in first check-in
- professionality of staffs since check-in to check m-out
- room service, clean-up, laundry services are not average as common accommodations
- overall equipments and facilities are good but not on proper condition to use due to poor management
