The gym was spacious and well-maintained. Check-in was quick and easy. Although the room was small, it was cozy and comfortable. The housekeeping staff were excellent—friendly, attentive, and did a great job keeping the room clean throughout our stay.

Cons:

The pillows could be improved. They were not very comfortable, so I would recommend replacing them with newer or more supportive ones to enhance guests’ comfort.

Great Place to stay in
Pros:

It was a great stay. I didn't expected it to be this good. Staff was good, the comfort was amazing and amenities were really great. Lots of things in lobby to play and pass your time.

It was a good stay 🙏🏼 but they can definitely improve.
Pros:

The location proximity was excellent , the daily restaurant was good.

Cons:

The laundry area wasn’t managed properly, as guests kept their clothes inside washing machine and dryer and forgot to remove it. In such cases, the staff must put all the washed clothes in a plastic bag and keep the washing machine ready for next guest. I was asked to wait there after reaching out to the reception. They do not have a phone line in the laundry room 🥺

Being sustainable is fine but I felt they are doing too much of cost cutting by not keeping washroom slippers, moisturiser before guest arrival . We have to ask for it.

Please always escort the Talabat guys to the guests room
