The stay at the hotel was very good. Tbilisi is wonderful.
Pros:

The view from the room was wonderful and the breakfast delicious. The staff, was very attentive.

Cons:

The hotel's location isn't the best because it's on a hill far from the center of the city, and the access to the hotel isn't easy because there's no ramp for luggage.

Pros:

Our room had a very nice view from tiblisi and it was very well located with good food spots and many things to see and do

Cons:

Nothing the hotel was perfect for the orice but my heart got broken in tiblisi from a women so i guess it was my only time in this beautiful city

Персонал был очень дружелюбным и отзывчивым. Спасибо за гостеприимство и помощь.
Отдельная благодарность Илоне, Маре и Меги за их доброту, поддержку и профессиональное отношение к гостям.

Cons:

Комната была очень маленькой и не соответствовала моим ожиданиям. В душе и туалете некоторые базовые удобства работали не так, как должны были.

Надеюсь, завтраки станут более разнообразными, а владелец обратит внимание на состояние номеров и проведёт необходимые улучшения.

К сожалению, я не могу рекомендовать это место.

Pros:

Staff was very helpful and kind. They helped with our early check-in and allowed us to have our breakfast at their restaurant, even offered us their breakfast buffet. Everything was great.

Супер персонал, супер локация, супер терраса , завтрак обьядение!
Pros:

Очень дружелюбный персонал, Уважаемая Мара готовит такой завтрак, пальчик облизали, Илона на ресепшен очень помогает, Гиги на ресепшен супер помощник! И все все кто здесь работает, всегда раду помочь, чувствуешь себя как дома. Здесь 2ой раз, обязательно приеду снова.

Cons:

Состояние комнат, оставляет желать лучшего, но нам все равно понравилось.

We liked the location and the panoramic city views right from our room. Breakfast was generous and varied, and I'd especially like to highlight the lady hosting it - she was very attentive and hospitable

Cons:

The hotel needs urgent repairs. It isn't simply worn out - our room had plenty of broken fixtures, and the bathroom showed visible mold and dark rust stains. The man at reception was indifferent to the concerns we raised and showed no willingness to help or improve the situation. May be it was just this room and other rooms are better, but our experience wasn't the best.

Pros:

Breakfast was very nice (actually loved the eggs and broccoli dish) and the rooms were comfortable.

Cons:

I would love to see more fruit provided at breakfast instead of just a few orange slices. The toilet seat in my bathroom was not attached.
