Everything was very nice: its location, view, attitude, hospitality and the room. Especially admire tasty breakfasts and wonderful cook Mara - she was very pleasant and polite ☺️

Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój który okazał się pokojem bez okien,po rozmowie z przemiłym recepcjonistą Gigi w ciągu 40 minut dostaliśmy pokój premium z balkonem i widokiem na całe Tbilisi. Śniadanie wliczone w cenę każdego dnia było smacznie i różnorodnie,nieograniczony dostęp do kawy i herbaty na duży plus,Panie które robiły śniadania bardzo miłe i uprzejme. Hotel posiada pralnię z której skorzystaliśmy,rano oddaliśmy pranie,wieczorem po powrocie do hotelu wszystko było rozwieszone na wieszakach w pokoju.
We came all the way from Cyprus to Georgia to get married, and we chose this hotel specifically for its location and the absolutely stunning view from the balcony. And honestly, we couldn’t have made a better choice.
The entire staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. They even congratulated us on our wedding and surprised us with a bottle of Georgian wine, which was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture.
The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and I have to give a special shout-out to the lovely woman who was in charge of it. We had the most wonderful conversations with her every morning, and they honestly made our stay even more special. I’ll definitely remember those little morning chats.
It was just the two of us on our wedding trip, so a huge thank you to the staff for going above and beyond and even helping me with my hair and my wedding dress on the morning of our wedding. I truly appreciated it more than I can say.
We felt so welcomed and taken care of throughout our entire stay. Thank you for making such an important and special trip even more memorable. We’ll definitely be back! ❤️
The only small downside was that the water pressure was a little weak, and we sometimes had to wait around 10 minutes for the water to get hot, although I understand this may be a common issue in hotels in Georgia in general.
The view of Tblisi is the best selling point of hotel otherwise not worth it.
AC wasn't cooling well in all the three days of my stay plus no alternate room available which was inconvenient.

Вид с балкона на город стоит всех усилий, которые нужно потратить, чтобы дойти в горку до отеля.

The breakfasts were exceptional and very friendly receptionist.
The single bed matresses were of extremely poor quality. It felt like we were sleeping on the base of the bed and it was very low on the ground. No coffee etc but a kettle. Doesnt make any sense. Outdoor furniture needs a serious upgrade and we could not locate the swimming pool. Maybe only visible in pictures on booking.com
