Ciasny parking
Pokój był przestronny, czysty, miał wszystko czego potrzebuję. Śniadanie bardzo klasyczne i dla mnie idealne. Wszystko świeże. A kanapki na wynos to mistrzostwo świata! Bardzo za to dziękuję <3 :)
Uwaga osoby na wózkach i o kulach!
Mimo dzwonienia na infolinię i przełączenia prosto do hotelu, mimo pisania na bookingu, niestety był problem z parkingiem. Wydarzyło się to, czego najbardziej się obawiałam. Mimo zarezerwowania miejsca, w środku nocy usłyszałam, że go nie ma. Przed samymi drzwiami hotelu to nie miejsce, to zastawianie wejścia szczególnie dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami. Na szczęście Pani recepcjonistka po tym jak zaniosłam walizkę do pokoju, wyczarowała miejsce i nie musiałam szukać po nocy miejskiego parkingu.
Super lokalizacja, bardzo miła obsługa, wygodne pokoje, dobrze wyposażone, bardzo wygodne łóżka. Na duży plus przy upałach dystrybutor z zimną wodą :)
Nie podoba mi się przy wyborze łóżka pojedynczego dla dwóch osób to, że są połączone dwa małe materace.
Disappointing stay let down by room placement and cleanliness
Checked in 6th August, for 6 nights! Having had noise issues on a previous stay in 2023, I specifically asked reception for a quiet room — instead we were placed next to the gym. We were woken at 5am by someone on a treadmill, the noise coming through the adjoining wall like industrial equipment. Same thing happened the next morning too.
We asked for a manager but none was available, and were eventually moved to a better room. Slept much better after that, but frustrating that it took a complaint rather than being done right the first time — especially as the receptionist had to check with a senior colleague about it in front of us, suggesting this wasn’t exactly news to them and placed us in the uncomfortable room!
Cleanliness also needs work: stained carpets and curtains, dusty radiator tops, and a toilet bowl that felt rushed through. The hotel could do with a refresh and tighter housekeeping standards.
Overall: a rocky start that only improved once we pushed for a change.

Bardzo udany pobyt! Hotel posiada wszystko, co potrzebne do komfortowego wypoczynku. Personel jest po prostu super – niezwykle pomocny i życzliwy. Dodatkowym atutem są wyśmienite śniadania z dużym wyborem. Z pewnością tutaj wrócę i gorąco polecam to miejsce!
