Horrible place to stay. The room is tiny. This is the standard room so I would hate to see what the budget room would be like. There is only a two foot space around the bed and that is all. No room to even unpack. Definitely not the 18sq meters advertised. Constant loud yelling and talking and noise from the front desk. Traffic noise passing by the window and noise from the park accross the alley. The booking indicated they provide a bottle of drinking water which is not true. No drinking water was provided. It is quite far from the center. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Definitely a Hell on Earth kind of place.

Das Hotel ist sauber mit schöne Zimmer die ausreichend groß sind. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist gut mit große Auswahl an armenische Gerichte. Was mir nicht so gut gefällt ist die Lage im Hinterhof. Ich war schon 2 mal in diesem Hotel und würde es wieder buchen

Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt: von der Kommunikation über den Transfer bis zur Unterbringung. Wir waren angetan von der Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Das Frühstück war umfassend und schmackhaft. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte. Alle Services wurden zeitgerecht und in guter Qualität erbracht. Vielen Dank - wir empfehlen gern weiter.
Einziges kleines Manko: der Zimmersafe hat Handtaschengröße und ist nicht verbaut- Kann also einfach mit genommen werden ;-)
War aber auch kein Problem- wir haben Geld und Pässe halt immer mitgeführt (Jerewan ist sehr sicher)

Closes to some Shops ,pharmacies, restaraunts and within walking distance to the market ( Vernesaj)

Excellent place to stay
Pros:

Here they made me feel like it was my home away from home. Management and staff were excellent in helping me solve all problems and engaging in the local Armenian community. Breakfast every morning was a real treat. A real lesson in true service.

Pros:

Brand newly renovated hotel at a short walk away from the Yerevan center. Quiet suburb with great surroundings. Staff wasn’t very service-oriented but I am sure it will get better by time. Breakfast was massive, outside of the hotel premises between 9am to noon, so not suitable in cse you aim to go on tours.
