Pros:

Location, architecture.

Cons:

Terrible stuff. We hoped this to be one of our special trips because it was my partner’s birthday but unfortunately the stuff, especially housekeepers, were terrible and they managed to make this one of our worst trips.
Main Highlight: We specifically asked (and put all the signs they gave us to put on the door) them not to get into our room when we are not in the room because of our cat. Apparently they didn’t care! We just went down for breakfast for half an hour and when we were back, our cat was gone and two (I’m trying to watch my language) housekeepers were hoovering and stuff like we said nothing! This of course scared our cat off. When we asked where the cat is, they didn’t even care. We had to report her missing to the hotel management. She was nowhere to be found for hours. Thankfully my partner and I were able to find her. People in their management were empathetic, we appreciate that, but our stay there were already ruined thanks to their inattentive, disrespectful stuff. So, overall, it was a nightmare!
1- They didn’t make us feel welcome already at the check-in. The person who made our check-in was not kind or informative. Instead of getting informed about facilities, we got many weird questions from her repeatedly.
2- They firstly placed us in a room without balcony even though we booked one with balcony.

nice hotel but service bad not listen clients
Pros:

cozy room, beautifull balcony and garden, nice atmosphere , yummy dessert

Cons:

we stayed 3 nights and all 3 mornigs was so noisy from 8.00 am, tractor in the garden done something
staff promised that next day will stop but was still noisy, not slept well

Top Lage, freundliches Personal und wunderschöne Poolanlage
Pros:

Es war alles wunderbar, vor allem die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich. Die Lage, der Pool & die Sonnenliegen mit Strandfeeling sind ein Traum!

Cons:

Das Frühstück war etwas enttäuschend. Schade, dass man vieles extra bestellen und bezahlen muss. Spiegelei, Omelette und Prosecco sollten bei einem 5* Hotel inklusive sein. Das Rührei war pampig und nicht ansprechend.

Magnifique séjour au bord du lac leman

L’hôtel était splendide avec une vue magnifique sur le lac
