L’attention du personnel, l’hôtel est un havre de paix et le déjeuner très agréable.

Pros:

Alles top. Super Anlage. Mega sauber, schön, nettes Personal.

Cons:

Wir waren zu 4 und hatten nur 1 Schlüssel. Da man nur mit schlüssel zur Tür kommt und wir im Zimmer 668 waren ( 2 Schlosstüren bis zu unserem Zimmer) war es echt eine Herausforderung 😂

La chambre pas faite par le service de nuit dès le 1 er soir/ la réception suppose que c’est vous qui avez oublié la pancarte ne pas déranger
L attente au petit déjeuner plus de 20 mn pour avoir une boisson
Le concierge pas compétent : pour trouver des vélos / une table dans un restaurant
Le restaurant asiatique qui reste cher et qui vous place au bar face aux cuisiniers alors qu il y a des tables dehors !

It is a beautiful hotel, in a lovely location. Not very family friendly, particularly for children's meals.
Pros:

It is a beautiful hotel with old architecture. The pool and spa facilities are great. The location is beautiful next to the lake. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

It is very expensive for the type of room we got. The breakfast menu is confusing and was not explained to us very well. The breakfast is definitely over priced for what you get. The drinks and room service prices are very over priced. There were no family friendly restaurant options in the hotel which meant we had to go out for dinner both nights.
