Pros:

Persoonallinen putiikkihotelli, ystävällinen vastaanotto. Huone ja yleiset tilat siistit ja puhtaat. Hyvä sänky, ihanan pehmeä peitto. Kiva kahvila samassa talossa, mutta se meni harmillisesti kiinni juuri kun tulimme. Yhteiset vessat, mutta ne siistejä ja niitä oli riittävästi. Huoneessa kivasti monenlaisia valaisimia, joilla sai tunnelmaa säädettyä oman mielen mukaisesti. Sviitti hienosti jaettu niin, että teini sai kokonaan "oman puolen" missä majoittua.

Cons:

Sunnuntai-aamun aamupala oli pettymys. Ehkä jossain oli maininta, ettei sunnuntaina ole buffet-aamiaista, mutta se oli mennyt meiltä ohi. Jääkaappiin oli kyllä toimitettu aamupala, mutta koimme sen vähän niukaksi. Annospikapuuro tai jugurtti/rahka olisi ollut kiva lisä. Aamukahviksi oli pikakahvia, mutta ei maitoa tarjolla sen kanssa. Kolmelle henkilölle oli varattuna 6 viipaletta appelsiinia. Astioita oli niukasti siihen nähden, että samaan aikaan meitä oli majoittumassa kerroksessa ainakin kahdeksan ihmistä. Teepusseja oli n. 4 kpl varattuna kaikille majoittujille. Leivät oli kyllä tosi hyvän makuisia, siitä plussaa.

Huoneessa ei ole äänieristystä käytännössä ollenkaan, kaikki viereisten huoneiden äänet kuului aivan selvästi huoneeseen.

Dream holiday in Lapland.
Pros:

Hotel in an old wooden building, very cosy, very homy and warm. Stylish interior, comfortable. Quiet neighbourhood. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfasts. Literaly at the train station, walking distance to the town's center, the harbour and other tourist attractions.

Suihkuissa jäi vesi tippumaan, vaikka hanat väänsi kiinni. Sunnuntain aamupalassa olisi voinut olla mukana joku hedelmä, jugurtti tai muroja/mysliä ja maitoa.

Lives up to its reputation.
Pros:

Location is excellent. On the platform of a quiet railway station and four minutes away from bus station. Close to amenities on foot. The room was atmospheric, warm and comfortable. While not ensuite, facilities were adequate and clean. I had an early departure but the owner and staff organised a beautiful breakfast before departure. Thanks to all, especially the friendly Swedish woman and staff who prepared a great breakfast. There is a cafe downstairs which provides nourishing food.

Pros:

Przytulny butikowy hotelik, pięknie urządzony, klimatyczny, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, przy ponad -30 stopniach na zewnątrz w hotelu było ciepło i przytulnie, a rano unosił się zapach pieczonych ciastek. Śniadania świeże i smaczne, niczego nie brakowało, cudna kawiarnia na parterze. Łazienki poza pokojem, ale aż cztery chyba więc to nie problem, kawa i herbata dostępne cały czas.

Loved the stay and will be my only go-to option if I visit KEMI again
Pros:

Great location and absolutely timeless interiors- loved the hotel and Katarina was very helpful and very available with a late check-in and early checkout

Cons:

Probably a disclaimer about no lifts and luggage storage downstairs at level zero might help
