Pros:

Sus instalaciones contienen muchos recuerdos de Paco de Lucía, gran guitarrista Flamenco.
La habitación muy amplia, cómoda y bonita.
Andrea, la responsable estuvo pendiente de nosotros y su actitud de servicio al cliente me pareció maravillosa. Se fijan en todos los detalles. Gracias a todo el equipo, pasamos un fin de semana maravilloso.

We had a very warm welcome from Andreea. The hotel has a lot of character, comfort and history. The location is located in the heart the old town. We had a very special and memorable stay.

Lieu chargé d’histoire donnant l impression d être privilégié de pouvoir y séjourner
Nous avons profité également du dîner - formule dégustation autour du chef (Max 8 convives - réservation recommandée) - nous avons partagé un moment très convivial avec les autres participants - un personnel attentif et prévenant - les lunettes spéciales nous attendait pour profiter de l éclipse sur le toit de l hôtel qui était une terrasse
Le petit déjeuner complet avec des produits de qualité et une très belle présentation. Nous avons séjourné une nuit de plus pour profiter de Tolède toute la journée. La ville vaut le détour et ce lieu est un bijou

Very good attention to details. I mentioned when we first came in that I’m gluten sensitive and all the staff were aware

Pros:

À dire vrai, tout est remarquable : le lieu, les gens, l’accueil, l’atmosphère générale… une parenthèse hors du temps, sur la musique de Paco de Lucia. La soirée dégustation derrière le comptoir est à ne pas manquer !

The Staff went out of their way to accomodate whatever you needed. Beautiful rooms & rich history!
Pros:

The staff was exceedingly attentive with an exceptional attention to detail. The loveliest place settings in the courtyard for breakfast and reservations at the "smallest restaurant" Entre dos Fuegos" inside the hotel was outstanding!
