Not terrible :D
Pros:

-Location was good
-Bathroom had a big bathub but it was shabby
-I liked the building, It was old and very climatic

Cons:

-Check-in process was really terible. Staff was rude, unhelpful and mistook several times in giving me code numbers and room numbers and right key to the room - It started to be a little funny because I ve made 3 or 4 attempts to get to my room. I finally got to my room after half an hour after coming to the hotel.

-There was loud screaming and fighting every night.

Cons:

There was no one at the reception, and I never received any instructions on how to collect the room key remotely. I waited outside for over three hours until the official check-in time, but no one showed up. I repeatedly called the phone number provided and sent several messages, but no one ever answered.

In the end, I had to contact booking customer support, who kindly helped me find alternative accommodation.

I strongly recommend not booking this place.

Pros:

Niks, slechte ervaring. Niet doen. Vieze en onhygienische kamer, of beter gezegd een ruine.

Cons:

Alles vies, onverzorgd, oud. Het is een verschrikkelijke kamer en badkamer. Geen dekbed op bed, geen gordijn.

When I came in the bed was not made, a towel was hanging like if someone uses the room….
There was cockroach 🪳 on the bed.

The whole building was disgusting

I left and booked another hotel.

I want my money back!

Cons:

Има хлебарки в стаята! Мръсно е. В банята има ръжда. Кранчето за студената вода не функционира. Има прозорци които не са двойни и всичкият шум от улицата се чува ясно вътре. На подът има ръждиви пирони !

The worse night I ever seen in my life
Pros:

This room was handed over to me without being cleaned after the previous guests. It was extremely dirty, with hair and dirt all over the bed. There were no proper towels provided, only one small towel.

The bed was so filthy that I ended up putting my jacket on the floor and sleeping on it because it felt cleaner than the bed itself.

On top of that, sleeping was almost impossible. The trains start running around 4:00 AM, and the noise is unbearable. You will never get a proper night’s sleep here.

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. The room felt more like a prison cell than a hotel room. If you want to know what it feels like to sleep in conditions similar to a prison cell, then this is the place for you.

I am extremely disappointed with the cleanliness, comfort, and overall standard of this accommodation.

Отличное местоположение прямо в центре, на перекрестке Львов мост, пешком 20 мин до всех туристических достопримечательностей. Красивое старинное здание. Рядом супермаркеты, рынок, магазины. Мы прилетели ночью, через дорогу круглосуточно нашли киоск с напитками, чуть дальше шаурма. Горячая вода. Кондиционер. Постельное белое, чистое, полотенце тоже. Заселились после 2 часов ночи самостоятельно, после переписки с ресепшн. Это было самое дешёвое предложение на букинге.

Это было самое дешёвое предложение на букинге и многого мы не ожидали. Очевидно, комнаты и здание требуют капитального ремонта. Дверь в ванную не закрывается из-за огромных слоев старой краски, линолеума и тд. Окно открыли, закрыли с трудом. Зеркала, фена, посуды, стола, стульев, мыла, тапочек и тд нет, полотенце 1 на человека.. Но просто принять душ и переночевать в центре со скромным бюджетом - это отличный вариант! После ремонта и цена будет другой... Так что спасибо!

Хора това не може да се нарече хотел по никакъв начин. Страшна мизерия,ваната толкова улющена и мръсна,че ме беше гнус да се изкъпя.Аз останах само 15мин.и веднага напуснах.А за матрака да не говорим .Просто ужас, стените толкова мръсни нямам думи. Собственика ако има поне малко съвест трябва на всяка цена да затвори това нещо, което аз не мога да нареча хотел. Срам и позор Хора в центъра на София, ужас.

Cons:

Няма нещо което да се хареса, това е една долнопробна дупка ,това е най точното определение.Съжалявам много, че на цена 35.20€ може да се предлага такова нещо и то в центъра на София. Срам, Срам, Срам.
