Schlechteste Hotel im Leben
Pros:

Das Zimmer hatte eine Badewanne.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung war katastrophal, es gab keine Nachtischlampe, vollkommen lieblos eingerichtet, Wände hatten dreckflecke, der Teppichboden war zusammgesrückelt Möbel waren ungepflegt,kein Glas im Zimmer. Daie amaturen hatten kalkrückständen, Def.Toilettennrille, Fliesen Defekt und matt. Deckiges Badezimmerfenster. Preis Leistung steht in keinster Weise im Verhältnis.
Personal war nicht in der lage deutsch zu kommunizieren.

Die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption lässt über manches hinwegblicken!

Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption.
So freundlich und hilfsbereit, einfach toll!

Cons:

Kein Kühlschrank oder Minibar und es gab kein Wasserkocher.

Das Hotel ist nur zum Übernachten sonst gab es nichts weder eine Bar noch Getränke. Beim Auschecken war niemand vor Ort. Die Internetseiten sollten dringend bearbeitet werden..

Der kurze Weg zur Arena, darum wurde es auch von uns gebucht.

Cons:

Wir haben das Hotel mit Frühstück gebucht. Dies gab es leider nicht, da kein Personal da war. Was uns wirklich geärgert hat ist, dass man uns nicht darüber informiert hat und wir trotzdem den vollen Preis zahlen sollten. Hätten wir nicht nachgefragt, hätten wir es auch nicht erfahren. So war es ohne Frühstück für eine Nacht sehr teuer, zumal es sonst fast 30,00 Euro weniger kostet. Das war wirklich sehr schade..

Cons:

Ich habe mittags bereits meine Zimmerkarte erhalten, weil ich nachmittags und abends unterwegs war.
Nachts musste ich dann leider feststellen, dass die Zimmerkarte nicht funktioniert hat und ich musste die Notfallnummer anrufen. Die haben mir dann auch recht schnell geholfen. Trotzdem ärgerlich, weil ich mehrfach die Treppen hoch und runter musste.

Mein Zimmer (335) hat eine ungünstig positioniere Toilette. Die ist direkt neben der Wand mit Heizung davor platziert, so dass man nur schräg auf der Toilette sitzen konnte. Das war extrem ungemütlich

Gute Lage, großes Familienzimmer, für eine Nacht okay

Cons:

Bad teilweise unsauber, z.B. schmutzige Abdeckungen von Lüftungen, Fenstergriff scheinbar schon länger defekt. Alles Kleinigkeiten die schnell behoben wären.

Ordentliche, saubere Zimmer. Gute Aufteilung und die zentrale,

trotzdem ruhige Lage. Begehbarer Kleiderschrank. Geräumiges sauberes Bad. Einfacher Check in, auch wenn man spät kommt. Hat 80er Jahre Charme.

Cons:

Etwas abgenutzt aber dafür sehr sauber. Der Eingangsbereich ist etwas trist.

Pros:

Größe des Zimmers für Familie gut.

Cons:

1. Kein Aufzug vorhanden, was ein echtes Manko bei vielen und schweren Koffern ist.
2. Im Bad funktioniert die Spiegelbeleuchtung nicht.
3. Die Dusche war nicht nutzbar da nur wenig Wasser mit nicht vorhandenem Druck aus der Brause kam.
4. Batterie der TV-Fernbedienung war leer, sodass ein Fernseher nicht nutzbar war.
5. Kein Frühstück
