Komen hier al vele jaren en gebruiken dit hotel als doorreis hotel, altijd naar volle tevredenheid

Cons:

Ontvangst bij de receptie deze keer zeer onaangenaam. Hotel al een half jaar van te voren geboekt en een aantal dagen van te voren een on-line incheck verzoek gekregen en netjes ingevuld( dan mag je toch aannemen dat de boeking bekend is ) Des te vreemder dat we bij aankomst niet geregistreerd leken te zijn, ook niet na het overleggen van de boekings gegevens. Receptioniste nam dit bijzonder onprofessioneel en hooghartig op. Na lang zoeken bleek de boeking wel bekend te zijn ?. Kregen vervolgens de kamer sleutel in handen geduwd zonder een woord te zeggen en/of excuus. Jammer !.

Es ist ein schönes sauberes Hotelzimmer gewesen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war direkt auf das gerichtet und zu kalt. Die Bettdecke zu schwer.

Eine runde Sache
Pros:

Ein außergewöhnlich schönes Hotel, das ein Unternehmer in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zu seinem Betrieb gebaut hat, Leonardo betreibt es. Etwas außerhalb aber mit guter Bussanbindung zur Innenstadt und kostenloser Busnutzung. Gutes gemütliches Restaurant mit hervorragendem Service
und Speisen. Dass ich meinen Geburtstag dort feierte , ist dem Personal allerdings nicht aufgefalle.

Cons:

Alles ok, Sauna hat keine Fussbecken und kein kaltes Wasserbecken zur Abkühlung.
