Pros:

No pre arrival details sent - After getting a taxi to the apartment I then had to get another taxi to go to the P&O office to pick up the keys. The apartment was not in great order, the shower head was broken and generally unclean. The shower door was of the rails. As big let down compared to other apartments in Warsaw.
