Cons:

I have stayed several times. This was the first time i didn’t have a towel animal on my bed when i arrived. Was a little disappointed.

Pros:

It was a wonderful location to get around the surrounding towns. There is a clean and challenging miniature golf course just up the hill that is an easy walk. The staff at Encore were all very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend checking them out for a visit. The breakfast there was very , very good ! They have a huge room that is very useful for large gatherings.

Cons:

The main room we had our meals in was very cold. That is the only negative thing I can think of.

It was ok, not wonderful but it was adequate

Location was great! Clean & convenient

Cons:

No luggage rack-had to use a chair. Shower gel shampoo dispensers up way too high to reach easily. The arm chair sunk so low, my husband had a difficult time getting up from it. The toilet paper is ridiculously thin! Yuck

Always a good stay, a notice in advance of the pool issue would have been helpful.
Pros:

We love how clean, friendly, and convenient the Encore is

Cons:

The pool wasn’t working, and we brought our grandkids with a plan to swim and eat pizza. Though there was the option to go to the other property, that is not convenient when juggling kids. A heads up would have been nice, because the kids (3 and 5 years old) were very upset they couldn’t go swimming.

We could not wait to leave! so we could shower in the next hotel.
Pros:

Close to restaurants. Reasonably quiet at night. Parking close.

Cons:

Cleanliness. Friendliness. Smell (strong marijuana everywhere). Food supply was always wanting and stale. Hotel floor plan terrible Elevator limited so need to carry luggage 4 steps constantly. Outside furniture tattered and broken.
