A hidden gem near Napoli
Pros:

I sincerely enjoyed my stay at Hotel Maddaloni. Everyone on staff was friendly, helpful, and always accommodating. The room and surrounding grounds were immaculate. In fact, I took advantage of my room’s large balcony and inspiring views by sitting outside and writing. While being close to an expressway (perfect for those with a car), the hotel is especially quiet. There’s a market within walking distance and the train/bus station is just a 15-minute drive away. The free breakfast was always tasty and a great start to a busy day of exploring. One evening, I wanted pizza and the concierge graciously ordered one for me from a nearby pizzeria and delivered it to my room. Overall, I have awesome memories of my stay and would encourage anyone looking for a quiet getaway near Napoli to consider Hotel Maddaloni.

Good stopover, comfy beds, great wine deal!
Pros:

We just wanted somewhere to break a long journey and this hotel was in the right place. Surroundings are not picturesque but the hotel was very comfortable and accommodating. We got a good value family room with great bed and power shower. And we sipped a bottle of local wine in the bar ... for which we were billed five euros!

Nice Little Gem
Pros:

Friends of ours suggested this lovely little hotel when we wanted to get away from family for a few days. It was immaculate, air conditioned, and the water pressure was what we in North America are accustomed to. Breakfast was included, and all in all this was a great little hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable and clean. Perfect.
Pros:

We were looking for an overnight stay on route up through Italy, and called in here without a reservation. We had 2 rooms that were perfect, the breakfast was included and was more than enough to fill us, ready for the days travels.
The staff speak very little English and I speak very little Italian, but you are in Southern Italy so expect it, to me this adds to the authenticity and makes a good challenge.

Could be better
Pros:

Hotel itself is prety nice,spacious rooms,very clean bathrooms,free parking lot but that`s all.Unbelievably poor breakfast,only italian- speaking staff and don`t even think about to order coffee in your room!It`ll cost you an arm and leg.If i were you ,i would rather take some other hotel.
