As the staff and locals made you feel welcome, we will definitely be going back.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and simple. Nothing too fancy but all your amenities were there and very comfy.
Bathroom was very clean, kudos to the cleaners on keeping it immaculate.
The hotel staff as a whole were amazing and that was what we really liked about our stay.
Breakfast was great and nice choices were offered.
Food was delicious, both tea and breakfast.

Cons:

If I had to gripe about anything it would be the price of evening meals - but seriously the food was fantastic.

Had used prior, was happy with overall stay, staff, food and service were always nice and attentive
Pros:

Staff were pleasant, had used before. Food good. Had breakfast which was substantial and filling for a day visiting the golf all day. And any evening meals we had offered choice in their menu.

Cons:

Room could have been better. A squeaky toilet door which should be fixed, not a hard thing to do for a good joiner, made so much noise, trying not to wake up your residents next door during the night became annoying. should have been noticed well before putting paying customers into room and floor boards are also squeaky. It will not stop us visiting again, however please address the minor things that can become annoying when you are staying for a few days.

Pros:

The staff were very helpful (especially Linda) and very professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them . Food was good and the full breakfast was a full breakfast.
