The location was very convenient for us who used airport express bus and the train.

While visiting Venice, we stayed at the AC Hotel Venezia and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location was fantastic—just a 10-minute walk from the train station and a great starting point for exploring all that Venice has to offer.

Our room was a bit small, which is common in Venice, but it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend the AC Hotel Venezia to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable place to stay while visiting this beautiful city.

friendly helpful staff

Stayed three nights, friendly staff. Small hotel ideally situated for travel by train and getting a car to the airport. Great for walking around and also catching the vaporeto to any of the sights. Mattress and pillows were not great. Clean and convenient.

A bit of a disappointment. Knew that the location was right outside the Venice city and that was one of the reasons to pick it, to be able to easier get to it with luggage. While did not have an expectation of big rooms since in Europe, however of somewhat better rooms. However, the staff while being friendly were not too happy to see their guests and for the cost of felt a bit too much

Location was close to water taxi and train station. We were dropped off and picked up right in front of the hotel. No dragging luggage thru Venice. Room was clean and bright. Included breakfast buffet was substantial. Great place to stay.

The cruiseline that we used booked us with a 3 night stay here. The rooms are clean, nicely appointed; and they are tiny, but that is to be expected with their price level and Europe, in general, being as populated as it is. The hotel breakfast is excellent - fresh bakery, fruits, cereals, eggs, something for everyone.
The service was great with the exception of one gentleman at the front desk, but maybe he was having a bad couple of days or perhaps he doesn't like cruiseship passengers or clumsy people that try to speak Italian?
Great location for traveling in and out of Venice via train, bus, car and it seems like it's the last area for such transportation methods. While this may not seem important at first, we helped at least two families move their luggage over the beautiful, sometimes challenging (when you have large luggage) bridges; and read of mishaps with water taxis if your hotel is near one.
AC Hotel Venezia is also near stellar restaurants, our favorite being Mare Magna right on the canal. And no worries, smile, you'll be in enchanting Venice!

Great hotel to end our Dolomites trek before we went back to the airport. Convenient to the bus/train station, nice staff, clean, decent sized rooms. Our only issue is that the bathroom didn't have a fan so the room got very hot and steamy.

The hotel is very old, and the rooms are extremely small. It's an antique hotel, Venezian Style. The breakfast was good. The staff is very friendly and professional, and they provide great service. Great locations with shops, restaurants, and the train station within 3 blocks.

room size looked small. It was hassle to go to back alley with medical scooter.
Breakfast price was high.
