Cons:

Booked a room through one of those booking apps. When we arrived to the hotel both the hotel and the restaurant was closed and locked. Had to find another hotel. AVOID!

Pros:

Sehr negative Erfahrung: Betrug und unmögliches Verhalten gegenüber Gästen seitens der Inhaber: das schlechte Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war wahrscheinlich dem EM Spiel in Stuttgart und der Messe geschuldet. Ist ok.
Was aber gar nicht geht war der Hotelparkplatz, der an beiden Abenden als ich ankam, besetzt war. Dabei hatte ich trotz zahlreicher öffentlicher Parkplätze diesen gebucht, um am Abend nicht lange suchen zu müssen. Am ersten Abend wurde ein Auto (der Inhaber) nach Hinweis noch weggefahren. Am zweiten Abend war ich aufgrund eines Trauerfalls in der Familie erst um ca. 22:30 da - Parkplatz komplett besetzt und niemand mehr da, der ein Auto wegfahren konnte. Ich habe auf der Straße geparkt und wollte am nächsten Tag mein Geld für diese Nacht zurück. Hinweise, da hätte ich halt früher kommen müssen und ich sollte nicht erwarten, dass mir um 22:30 jemand den roten Teppich ausrollt. Ich habe auf mein Geld bestanden aber mit der Antwort ich hätte mit ec Karte bezahlt, das ließe sich nicht zurückbuchen (kann aber jedes Geschäft bei einer Reklamation oder Umtausch), Cash ginge auch nicht, wäre schon abgerechnet und das wäre jetzt halt so wurde ich stehengelassen. Keine Leistung, aber Geld einkassiert und sehr unfreundlich. Für mich ist sowas Betrug und wird evtl. immer wieder probiert, weil es ja nur um 10 Euro geht und meist die Firma das Hotel bezahlt. Der Hinweis, dass ich einen Anwalt einschalte: wurde kommentiert mit: wenn Sie Zeit dafür haben....

Very nice place to stay if you are passing from Wendlingen am Neckar
Pros:

Family owned hotel&restaurant. Very friendly and they are willing to help on any topic. Also has a nice restaurant.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Freundliche Begrüßung, großes Zimmer, gute Küche, Frühstück von guter Qualität, guter Service. Können wir nur empfehlen.

Pros:

In the booking it was indicated 1 Twin Bed but the room provided had a single bed.
It was mentioned free car parking, but there was only restricted public street parking.
The room didn´t have AC, it was too hot during this summer days.
Sound isolating problems from the room next to this, we can hear the other guest
The reception closes at 21:00, if we need any assistance after this we cant talk to anyone from the hotel, and the hotel send us a message about this in german at 19h of the day of the check.in, i.e., 2 hours before the reception closes. If we are travelling and don't get the message on time, we cannot enter in the Hotel!
With this lack of basic amenities, the room was too expensive (105€ per night)
