Desk staff very helpful and friendly, especially the night desk employee. This hotel is very clean conveniently located to virtually everything a visitor would like to see in the historic district. The few issues with the hotel are: requires maintenance, room safe, closet hangers. The first room we stayed in had a clogged shower head, and the television became inoperable because the streaming service bill was not paid. We were moved to a much better room the following day. Overall a good hotel.

Great location on the edge of the historic center, and the hotel staff were always helpful. Although we had requested a quiet room (rooms in the back), the only one available did not have any windows so we opted for a room overlooking the street which had a small balcony. The rooms at the front of the hotel are noisier but were reasonable quiet between 11 pm and 7 am so ended up not being a real issue. The bed was on the firm side but comfortable, and the bathroom was fairly large with good water pressure and lots of hot water. Overall a great stay.

I didn’t use, but the lady in the front help us and it was very kind.

Very clean, excellent value. Simple room, no drawers for clothing, no decorations. Excellent location, a few blocks from Plaza Principal.

La ubicación no es correcta. Anuncian t.v con cable y no hay. El balcón de la habitación no puede abrirse. Cobran un depósito de $500°° y nunca fue anunciado.

We were very happy in this hotel, then location is great. The staff is professional and friendly. If street noise bothers you ask for a room in the back. We had a street view room, for us was OK but for others may be a little noisy. We would definitely stay here again.

Good location, walking distance from the Cathedral, the Templo Expiatorio, the main plaza and the nightlife. The hotel was quaint and very clean and comfortable. Don't expect many amenities for the price and breakfast is not provided. Weekend evenings it is obvious the area has nightlife, but my room was in the rear of the hotel and I had no problem falling asleep. I love the look and feel of the hotel! It looks pretty in pink ;)

Fue una buena estancia. El hotel está muy sencillo, es cómodo para una noche. Donde podrían mejorar es en el baño, el papel higiénico es de baja calidad así como las toallas de baño.
