最高でした。きっとまた伺います。
Pros:

ホテルに必要なすべての要素においてとても良いホテルでした。館内にはレベルの高いレストランが二つあり（フレンチ、中華）、料理も居心地も最高でした。もちらんスタッフの対応も素晴らしかったです。スイーツの店は11時からとのことでがっかりしたのですが、リセプションのスタッフが焼き菓子の詰め合わせなら、と在庫を確認、お土産とすることができました。朝食はビュッフェでなく、洋食か和食かを選ぶと熱々の品々が運ばれてきます。

Cons:

唯一残念だったのは、大浴場の使用時間が短いこと。14時から22時までで、朝は使用できません。夕食をゆっくりすると21時、忙しなく入るのも、と結局、諦めました。快適そうな大浴場だっただけに残念でした。

Enjoyed good old style of hotel service
Pros:

The architect, interior, furnature, a large staircase to the mezzanine, waterfall from lounge bar, silver cutlery at breakfast table. English speaking stuff, morning paper on the door, on the same day dry ckeaning service at reasonable price.

Cons:

Although the blanket was made of fine quality wool, it smells like curry.

Pros:

とても快適にすごすことができました。シンプルなツインルームのお部屋ですが、のんびりくつろげました。
朝食は、バイキングではありませんが、落ち着いた雰囲気の中、きれいで美味しかったです。　
また利用したいと思います。

雰囲気のあるカフェが素敵なホテル
Pros:

ライブ後の宿泊で利用させて頂きました。
立地も駅から徒歩で１０分弱、分かりやすい場所でした。
1階ロビーの奥のカフェが
お洒落で素敵でした。今回は時間の都合で利用できませんが次回は行ってみたいです。雰囲気がよかったのでお酒呑みたくなりました。
天然温泉はゆっくり入ることが出来て良かったです。
朝食はビュフェ式ではなく
和洋食選びます。並んだりせず、着席したら持ってきて頂けるのがよかったです。

天然温泉の脱衣所にはアメニティがありましたが、部屋にもあったほうがいい

Pros:

８月７日に山梨県内（甲府市外）で開催の花火大会を目的に、観覧の拠点として使わせてもらいました。
全体的に高級なシティホテルといった趣ですが、源泉掛け流しの温泉浴場もあります。

ホテル本館とは別に温泉棟があり、浴場まで部屋から行くのに、ちょっとした連絡通路が３階にありさらにエレベーターで１階へ降りるという形です。

源泉を大切にしている宿のようで、浴槽は必要以上に大きくありませんし、浴場は一度に大人数では使えません。
ただし入浴時間帯には特に制限がなく、ゆっくり湯に浸かりたければ客の少ない時間帯を狙えばいいでしょう。

市役所など官庁が近いという立地ですが、自分がGoogleで調べてもこの辺りでコインランドリーやコンビニが見当たらず、その点やや不便かも。
シングル部屋がありビジネス利用・連泊客需要もそれなりに多いはずで、館内にコインランドリーがあればと思いました（ランドリーサービスはあり）。

今回は花火大会目的で来た関係で、ホテルでの滞在時間が少なくバタバタでした。朝食会場でコーヒーを頼んだものの時間の都合でいただくことなく引き上げてしまいました。
別の機会を見つけて、次回はゆっくりホテルで過ごしたいと思います。

Pros:

思っていたのと違って、バーもあるシティホテルでした。古いとは聞いていましたが、きれいに改装されていて、スタッフは皆さん感じが良かったです。お風呂は、後から頑張って作ったと見えて、広くはありませんが、朝空いているタイミングを狙って行ったので、全く問題なし。場所も飲食街で便利。チェーンのビジホより全然良い。
甲府に泊まる事れば、また利用したいです。
