Pros:

Rooms are dirty. The white towers are browndish, not white. Water boiler inside is rusted. Equipments like air-conditioner remote is half-falling off. Bed head-board has pile of dust. Condiments like coffee are not refilled or partial refill for some days. One of the rooms assigned to me has dimmed light and hardly able to see anything clearly. It was very hot and air-conditioner could not cool it down. Luckily, got moved to a different room after several requests and demands. I was told the hot room had hidden cameras which can be viewed from the reception. That wasn't nice. Not sure any other rooms have similar hidden cameras. Felt unsafe.

Totally disappointed.
Pros:

The hotel was located in the back street of the market street, and it was so hard to find. We booked three rooms, and one of it had three cockroaches appearing on the same day. The another one always had dripping sound; it was disturbing. We referred to the picture of the room that it had windows, but then there was no windows. We complaint to them, but they said it was because we did not put any special request on windows. The service was bad. There was even a scam on the price of the mineral water in the fridge (it was written 18 Baht, but it turned out to be 25 Baht per bottle) The room was quite small; there was only a small table for putting miscellaneous items. But the location was very near Pratunam Market, a good shopping place.

Pros:

Hotel refused to offer a refund despite Covid-19 situation. They offered an amendment of date until Dec2021 (but must decide and book by Oct2020) when nobody knows when the pandemic will end. Hotel shows no empathy and sympathy for its valuable customers and only focused on revenue and profits.

The worst hotel I ever stayed in Bangkok and I fully recommend to others not to stay in this hotel. Bad management of the hotel. On reaching the hotel at 7.00pm, we had been told the hotel had no room available, force to move to other hotel which location was terrible, had to walk along quiet and dark path, we felt unsafe. On insist and requested, the hotel staff agreed to give a family room in De Lavendar Bangkok Hotel for 4 of us, the following day the hotel staff only fulfill our request to provide the 2 standard room that we had booking. Three night staying had to move 3 times. It's awful. I will never... never booking this hotel again.

Pros:

Room given is very small and no sound proof at all. Could hear clearly people talking infront the doorstep and next door toilet flushing.
