Pros:

Ein tolles Haus (ruhig, schöner Ausblick), toller Pool, einige Kleinigkeiten sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Dachterrasse-Sonnensegel, Lampen, Spülmaschine, WLAn war nicht kontinuierlich gut verfügbar), aber alles in allem toll!

Cons:

Öffnungszeiten des Pools (gerne eher bzw. länger), funktionierende Spülmaschine, gutes WLAN

Pros:

Great pool area. Beautiful setting. We stayed in one of the loft rooms and therefore the ceiling was a little low but we were aware of that when we booked! Comfortable bed, great balcony and all facilities required for our stay. I would recommend it.

Pros:

Ottima scelta! Casa ben strutturata, arredata e comoda! Ho soggiornato nella soluzione a piano terra con ampio giardino e barbecue privato. Bella piscina privata disponibile a pochi metri, così come il parcheggio (un po' difficoltoso ma ci si abitua). Letti comodissimi!!!

Cons:

Ben arredata ma per gli esigenti occorre più manutenzione. Preciso che non ci siamo lamentati di nulla.

Pros:

Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Die Wohnung gross. Sehr grosszügig möbiliert (Sofa, Grill, Küchenutensilien, etc.). Der Abwart Giuseppe ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Einzig die Parkplätze sind sehr eng. Ein schönes Auto würde ich dort nicht parkieren oder man sollte das mit dem Abwart absprechen. 100m entfernt ist auch ein bewachter Parkplatz.

Relax, arte e natura
Pros:

Appartamento luminoso, spazioso, pulitissimo, dotato di tutti i comfort. Il terrazzo ampio e vivibile ci ha regalato splendidi tramonti sul mare.
La piscina è circondata da un piccolo giardino, entrambi molto curati, perfetti per godersi un po' di relax nelle ore più calde o a fine giornata.
Villa Elaia è in una posizione tranquilla e immersa nel verde, sebbene molto vicina al paese e al mare, raggiungibile velocemente a piedi. Per noi ha rappresentato un'ottima base per andare alla scoperta del Cilento.
