Great location. Great service. Clean rooms. Great for any Pilgrims along their way.

The customer service was exceptional. Especially from Jose & Maria who welcomed us when we arrived and made us feel at home. They also helped us with our bags.

Ubicación muy buena. El edificio es emblemático. Reformado.

Tuvimos una mala experiencia con la persona encargada de atender las reservas, Jose. Tuvimos un problema al salir y llegábamos mas tarde de las 23h, y al comunicarlo, se nos trato de manera parternalista, a pesar de que nada de lo que hiciéramos iba a modificar la hora de llegada. No se nos ofreció ninguna alternativa para poder hacer el check-in, las opciones las peopuse yo. Tuvimos que contactar con el restaurante colindante, puesto que Jose no nos aseguraba que, y cito textualmente "nadie siguiese ahí".
Comprendemos que la recepción no es 24h, sin embargo, nos hubiese gustado recibir alguna solución y/o ayuda a este respecto. No es tanto el problema en sí mismo sino, cómo Jose manejó esta situación.
Gracias otra vez al personal del restaurante que hizo el favor de atendernos con mucha amabilidad.

Tolles Hotel in bester Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem wunderschönen alten Gebäude gegenüber des Hafens. Die Aussicht ist toll! Die Zimmer sind hübsch eingerichtet und wir hatten viel Platz.
