Voor herhaling vatbaar, prima hotel
Pros:

Prachtige omgeving, prima kamer met een comfortabel bed en grote televisie. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en alles heerlijk vers.

We recently stayed at Corsendonk Hooge Heyde for an extended period (over two weeks), and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is not brand new, but it is clean, spacious, comfortable, and welcoming. The rooms are large and airy, and the general atmosphere is calm and relaxing.

The spa area — including the hammam and sauna — is especially lovely, and the fireplace in the winter adds a warm, cozy touch that makes the whole place feel even more inviting.

There are still a few areas that could be improved, such as housekeeping consistency, some of the reception staff, and the quality of towels. However, these points were overshadowed by the exceptional service we received.

The true highlight of our stay was Simona, the hotel manager. When we arrived and discovered that the hotel was undergoing renovations (mainly the façade and garden), we were concerned about staying for such a long period. Simona immediately stepped in with genuine care, professionalism, and warmth. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible, addressing every concern with patience, attention, and a sincere desire to help.

Honestly, Simona is the main reason we would happily return to this hotel. Her dedication, kindness, and service mindset are outstanding, and the hotel is incredibly fortunate to have her.

I also want to compliment the breakfast team, who were consistently friendly, attentive, and deserving of every praise.

A very good stay — made truly wonderful thanks to Simona and the excellent breakfast staff.

Pros:

J'ai passé un séjour agréable dans cet hotel, le personnel est accueillant et dispoible, il est aux petits oins des clients. Je recommende cet hotel pour un séjour de détente seule, en couple ou en famille. XXX

Mis à part le fait que c'est loin du centre ville, pour ceux qui n'ont pas de transport personnel, c'est un endroit ideal pour un repos bien mérité.

Het hotel ligt in een bebost gebied en er werd nog aan de tuin gewerkt, die dus nog mooier zal worden. Prachtige kamer en mits kleine toeslag, toegang tot de smaakvol ingerichte wellness, met een heerlijk buitenzwembad. Zeker aan te raden.
Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijke en hulpvaardig en het ontbijbuffet was heel uitgebreid, gevarieerd en erg lekker.

De akoestiek in de ruimte voor het diner.

Pros:

It was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good too.

Cons:

Dinner was below average. Cocktails choice limited. Very thin/cheap towels. Lots of building works going on in the garden and entrance. Ambience was off because the hotel was so empty. Overall expensive for what it was.
