Good location, high priced, no wifi.
Pros:

Location is central, the hotel is clean, staff try to be helpful, adequate amenities in the room [coffee maker, fridge etc.]. Plentiful supply of accessories.

Cons:

Wifi access was very very poor. When we spoke to the staff it was improved temporarily [a few hours], then it returned to lack of access in our room. Access to wifi in the reception area seemed fine. The room is tiny, but that is a local custom.

Ruhiges Hotel in praktischer Lage
Pros:

Convenient and clean - close to Senso-ji temple, train station and 7-11
Pros:

Great location - walking distance to Senso-Ji temple/Nakamise Street, (so able to check out later in the evening and early in the morning without the crowds), Train station and 7-11
Quieter neighborhood, enjoyed as our first stop for our Japan vacation
Clean facilities, rooms not that big, but think that is common.
