Pas d eau chaude et pas possibilité d avoir 2 lits jumeaux dans la chambre standard alors qu il est indiqué le contraire sur le site ( supplément pour acceder a chambre supérieure ..)
Cet hôtel ne vaut absolument pas le prix payé.
Les chambres n'ont pas de fenêtre avec vue, comme mentionné à la réservation.
Très mal conçu, seuls les couloirs de l’hôtel ont des fenêtres.
Tres bruyant lorsqu’il y a des groupes dans les couloirs car pas d’insonorisation.
Salle de bain : pas d'eau chaude. Clim défectueuse.
Les draps ne sont plus bancs mais gris.
Le taxi de l’hôtel proposé est 2 fois plus cher que celui des très bons hôtels autour de l’aéroport. Deux nuits passées, mauvaise expérience.
Comme d’habitude la direction va s'excuser en répondant au commentaire et promettre des améliorations... qui n'arriveront pas

Staff were lovely. They are the best thing about this hotel.. The lady who cooked our breakfast helped us with lots of things such as Apps for our transport and phones. I'm sorry I can't remember her name but she's a star. ....Good location for the airport, the mall to get dinner and close to Rammang.
The pool is not part of the hotel but the website makes it look like it is. No windows opening.. All locked. We asked for extra pillows because I like two but that was an extra charge if we had one each. No toilet paper. I said was this extra the guy at reception said yes! Just seemed silly for a hotel?? Of course I can buy one but when you've just arrived? No curtains at the window so bring an eye mask if you don't want to wake up too early.
Staff is too friendly, location is perfect, delicious breakfast, nice room. Everything is good and exceed my expectation

Tv wasn't working. Staff tried to put in manual tv rabbit ears, but not successful. I wasn't worried but hotel should update saying no tv.

チェックイン時、ホテルドットコムからの連絡がきていないと言われた。そこでMitchelleという女性が登場。ホテルから状況確認するようにお願いしたところ、自分でカスタマーセンターに電話をして確認しろとの一点張り。渋々自分で電話したところカスタマーセンターからホテルに連絡してくれることになり、その後チェックインできた。
相当待たされたあげく、Mitchelleからは謝罪もなく、最悪な印象でした。二度と泊まることはないし、経営者はスタッフのサービスの質を上げる教育をしてほしいです。
