Good location. Our suite very spacious. Quite comfortable. Certainly met most of our expectations.

Cons:

Some parts of the suite are overdue for a bit of a spruce up. Advertised wi-fi connectivity was basically non-existent.

Well set up apartment close to all the conveniences in Echuca
Pros:

The apartment was enormous and would be great for a longer stay as it included a kitchen and laundry. It was within close walking distance to shops, the Port, restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend for a long weekend in Echuca

Great value, huge room and central location.
Pros:

This is in a lovely old building and the rooms are huge. The bed was comfortable and it was all very clean. Everything is close and we got a discount at the two pubs nearby. Overall a great stay and good value.

Cons:

It is all a little tired but that is reflected in the price. There is no lift, which was not a problem for us but may be a problem for some.

Great size but disappointing
Pros:

The bed was sooooo comfy and large. The apartment was a sensational size. Great lounge area to recline in

Cons:

The living area TV wouldn't stay on. It would turn off after 5 seco nd's, volume would increase on its own and station would change! We tried everything so eventually we contacted the Manager who advised she had no one who could attend ( I'm guessing as it was a Friday arvo) but told us to re- tune it. We had.. ..x 3!
I also advised the tv had been wiped down with a dirty cloth ( extremely visible in sunlight) and there was no hand wash in the bathroom dispenser. Crickets from the Manager!
Also be aware of the flooring, as its historical, the floor boards in kitchen area are soft in places.
We paid good money for our stay and I did expect more.

The owners are great to deal with and always a pleasure to stay here.

Just could do with a bit of an upgrade. I could hear the people in the room next door, who were disappointed in their room.

Nice room and location with a few small issues
Pros:

Great location. Huge room. The dedicated, enclosed parking was nice.

Cons:

We were disappointed the washer / dryer were not in the room - they are in the hall and we had to adjust our schedule waiting for items housekeeping was running to be done.
A few maintenance items need to be taken care of.
