The owners are great to deal with and always a pleasure to stay here.
Pros:

A great location, close to everything in Echuca

Cons:

Just could do with a bit of an upgrade. I could hear the people in the room next door, who were disappointed in their room.

Nice room and location with a few small issues
Pros:

Great location. Huge room. The dedicated, enclosed parking was nice.

Cons:

We were disappointed the washer / dryer were not in the room - they are in the hall and we had to adjust our schedule waiting for items housekeeping was running to be done.
A few maintenance items need to be taken care of.

Lovely building, great size rooms and secure parking.
Pros:

Good size room, high ceilings, large bathroom and crisp clean linen. Secure parking. Ate at 1895 The Royal pub for dinner, very nice.

Cons:

I’d read about the stairs…but they were hard going with luggage.

Location & history. Discounts at meal venues. Secure carparking. Property Manager was very friendly & helpful & promptly called me back to answer any queries I had.

Lovely old world charm makes for an unique stay. Centrally located to enjoy what Echuca has to offer. Need to carry bags
Pros:

Very unique, old world charm, private and secure courtyard parking. Location in centre of town, easy walk to the port of Echuca.

Cons:

No elevator but that is to be expected for a heritage property. No staff around t assist you but phone number was provided.

We were disappointed with the level of comfort. The property looked amazing but lacked comfort.
Pros:

The property looked lovely and was well maintained.
Glasses and cups were fine.
Location was good.

Cons:

One of the bedrooms was not air conditioned and so was very hot for sleeping.
The remote in one of the lounges was not working.
There was no table for meals - only a bench top with uncomfortable stools.
No selection of teas.
No face washers provided.
Toilet paper and tissues were very thin.
