Skønt ophold.
Pros:

Dejligt centralt sted. Meget tæt på by og havn og samtidig et hotel med meget ro. Dejligt med den lille altan ud til gaden.
Der var pænt rent over det hele.
Alle personaler var glade, imødekommende og opmærksomme på gæsterne. Der var generelt meget god service, fra indkvartering, servering i gårdhaven og ved morgenmaden.
Dejligt at komme et sted hvor man føler sig velkommen. Vi kunne sagtens finde på at komme igen.

Cons:

Der var ikke aircondition, dette fik vi dog heller ikke brug for, så det havde ikke betydning for vores overnatning. Hvis jeg skulle ha været der i længere tid, ville det være rart med et lille køleskab.

Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht, angefangen von dem Empfang, der Freundlichkeit des Personals, Ausstattung des Zimmers, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet und der "Hundefreundlichkeit", nicht vergessen, die zentrale Lage.

Schönes Hotel mit super zentraler Lage. Gemütlicher Wirtsraum und schönem Biergarten. Frühstück für jeden was dabei, sehr gut.

Unacceptable conditions in extreme heat and rude service

I arrived from Berlin, where I had already been unable to sleep due to the heat at Hotel Ambiente. I booked a room here for two nights costing €306, but there was no air conditioning, no minibar, and not even a table fan in the room, despite temperatures reaching up to 35°C.To make matters worse, the receptionist was an unfriendly older man who did not speak English. Since I only understand a few words of German, communication was very difficult. Just like the woman at Hotel Ambiente in Berlin, this man claimed that the room was not hot, arguing that the weather is only hot two days a year in Germany. This was completely false, as the temperature rose to 40°C the following week. Due to the unbearable heat and the terrible service, I chose to cancel my booking.
