Pros:

Room was comfortable and clean and had all we needed. Bed very comfortable. Convenient for town centre and local facilities.. Good free parking.

Amazing 2 night stay . Will definitely be back

It was clean but not refined in anyway. Walls were thin and you could hear conversations and tv’s adjacent. Not one for

Easy to check in despite not getting the promised text message with the details. One phone call and it was all sorted.

Cons:

It’s not polished. Used by tradesmen mostly it seemed.

Effortless!! Was exactly what we needed as a quick, quiet & clean place to stay while we travel around England.
Pros:

Really easy to find. Car parking was great and could see car from the room which gave us peace of mind. Comfortable room with clean bathroom.

Nice flexible and stylish accommodation. .
Pros:

Very good location and our room was an excellent size with large TV and two sofas . The bathroom had two basins and a large shower. Kitchen areas area well equipped. Debbie, the owner,provided excellent communications and support. Very close to town and around 20 min walk to Birkdale where there are nice restaurants and a couple of pubs and bars.

Pros:

Very comfortable and has everything you need. There is a kitchen and a dining room to prepare your own food but do try The Fisherman's Restaurant 5 mins drive away.

Cons:

Will be excellent when new internet is installed.
