If i had to note anything, some staining from water damage.
Easy to check in despite not getting the promised text message with the details. One phone call and it was all sorted.

Really easy to find. Car parking was great and could see car from the room which gave us peace of mind. Comfortable room with clean bathroom.
Very good location and our room was an excellent size with large TV and two sofas . The bathroom had two basins and a large shower. Kitchen areas area well equipped. Debbie, the owner,provided excellent communications and support. Very close to town and around 20 min walk to Birkdale where there are nice restaurants and a couple of pubs and bars.

Very comfortable and has everything you need. There is a kitchen and a dining room to prepare your own food but do try The Fisherman's Restaurant 5 mins drive away.

Excellent suite on self-catering basis. Spacious and comfortable.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The bathroom and shower were spotless. The hotel is also in a good position, only five minutes walk from Lord Street and a little further to King's Garden and the beach. It looked a little scruffy from the outside. It seemed work was being done to the carpark, but we easily found a space and we weren't bothered by the look from the outside as it was so nice inside. The owners were also most helpful when I contacted them about dropping the car off early. As it happened, we were able to check in straight away.
The Wifi didn't work on either of our phones, which wasn't a big deal but a bit frustrating. Our room was also up three flights of stairs, which wasn't a problem for me (I enjoy the exercise!) but some potential guests might need to consider that. I did think it was a little overpriced. Mind you, I suppose as we stayed on a Saturday night in August, maybe that was to be expected.
