Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und dementsprechend weiterempfehlen...
Pros:

Super Lage, Frühstücksbuffet tiptop, Parkplätze kostenlos, Personal an der Reception sehr freundlich; die restlichen MA's etwas "mürrisch"...
Für eine -zwei Nächte ist die Einrichtung absolut perfekt; zum Schlafen brauchen wir nicht mehr! Es war auch sehr sauber und gepflegt...

Wir sind rundum mit dem Hotel zufrieden
Pros:

Das Hotel selbst war super, das Personal auch sehr nett.
Für unser großes Auto hat man schnell ein passendes Pläzchen gefunden.
Frühstückservice war klasse. Die oberen Stockwerke mit Fahrstuhl super zu ereichen.

Cons:

Das drumherum könnte etwas gepflegter sein.

The building itself was a bit tired and stuck in that difficult period between classic and modern
Pros:

All of the staff were friendly helpful and engaging. English was widely spoken and nothing was too much trouble.

Cons:

Like most Italian towns, parking was at a premium and the hotels private parking facilities were not sufficient for the number of guests

Leckeres Frühstück mit eigenen Barista der einen alle Kaffeespezialitäten frisch serviert.
Täglich frische Handtücher.
Beste Lage um den Markt zu besuchen.

Trotzallem kommen wir wieder zentral, günstig und sehr sauber
Pros:

Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, super sauber was für uns das wichtigste war. Leider zum Flur raus sehr ringhörig. Duschen etwas klein. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen ,wir brauchten das Auto in dieser Zeit nicht. Alles gut zu Fuss ereichbar.
Frühstück gut aber ausbaubar😉

Cons:

Ringhörig zum Flur raus. Kleine Dusche, man musste fast über die Toilette in die Dusche steigen. Frühstück gut aber aubaubar....

Wir waren vom Hotel enttäuscht.
Pros:

Die Lage war gut und man konnte bei Hotel parkieren. Man hörte den Verkehr nicht, es war ruhig.

Cons:

Die Grösse des Zimmers (das Badezimmer war winzig). Es gab nur Seife, nicht mal Kleenex im 3* Hotel! Das Frühstück war dürftig (Gipfeli, die ihren Namen nicht verdienen und trockenes Brot). Um den Kaffee musste man sich selbst kümmern. Die junge Dame, die eigentlich dafür zuständig war, hatte offensichtlich keine Lust auf Arbeit. Nie wäre es ihr in den Sinn gekommen zu fragen, ob wir Kaffee möchten. Bei der Ankunft war es im Zimmer wahnsinnig heiss (die Sonne schien ins Zimmer und die Klimaanlage nicht eingeschaltet). Alles in allem war es nach unserem Verständnis kein 3* Hotel!

Le personnel très accueillant et souriant,l'établissement et la chambre très propre, et le petit déjeuner au top .

Cons:

Un p'tit peu de déco au niveau de la chambre avec quelques touches de couleur et/ou un peu de bois pour l'aspect plus chaleureux. Mais sinon parfait
