Wir kommen nicht mehr - wegen den Betten. Auch finden die Leistung für den Preis viel zu hoch.
Pros:

Das Hotel war ziemlich zentral gelegen und nahe zum Markt. Die Zimmer waren optisch nett.

Cons:

Die Betten waren dermassen unbequem, dass wir kein Auge zugetan haben. Habe noch nie sooo harte Matratzen erlebt…
Ausserdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.
Um 8 Uhr war das Buffet schon fast leer und es gab auch keine süssen Sachen (Brioche z.B. mehr)

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen bei nächster Gelegenheit wieder.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.
Gemütlicher Frühstücksraum, reichhaltiges Frühstück mit grosser Auswahl. Zentrale Lage und hahe zum See. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel bestens weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Ringhörige Zimmer; haben den Zimmernachbar schnarchen gehört. Am Abend war die Gruppe vor dem Hotel sehr laut.

Zentral, nah am Mittwoch Markt.

Cons:

Preis zu hoch. Hatten Silberfische im Bad, es kam nur kaltes Wasser bei der Dusche. Sehr hellhörig, über eine Stunde bellte nachts ein Hund. Personal war bemüht, doch konnte die Situation nicht ändern.

Nur für kurzen Urlaub
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, nah zum See und Stadtzentrum. Es ist sauber und hat das Nötigste.

Cons:

Die Duschkabine konnte man nicht ganz zu machen, alt und einbisschen kaputt, deswegen nach jedem Duschen mussten wir das Wasser am Boden wegwischen.
Das Frühstück war nicht abwechslungsreich, jeden Tag das Gleiche und wenig Auswahl.

Toller Kurztrip an den Lago Maggiore
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist von Lage her gut um Luino zu erkunden, man ist fussläufig schnell am See und in der Stadt. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber , für unseren Kurzaufenthalt war das Hotel ideal. Einen kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt am Hotel sowie die Option , eBikes oder Fahrräder auszuleihen fanden wir auch sehr gut. Da das Hotel in einer Nebenstrasse liegt, war es auch Nachts sehr ruhig. Vor allem das Personal war richtig freundlich, wir würden wiederkommen.

Die Lage war gut. Frùchstùck super.

Cons:

Die Gàste waren zu laut. Man hòrte alles. Vorallem in der Nacht kann man nicht schlafen. Parkplatze nicht immer verfùgbar.
