Caprice Playa de Alcudia Apartments

Great hotel, it was our third or fourth stay. Right in front of the beach, very convenient and all the rooms have some sort of beach view from the balcony. Friendly receptionist, who granted us a late checkout, as our flight was late in the day. Only negative was that the mattress this time was a bit hard.

Nos tocó una habitación de la planta baja con vistas al mar, entorno precioso. La habitación hacía mucho olor a humedad, a cerrado. Lo compensaron con un ambientador olor a algodón del Lidl, pero la combinación era peor, muy desagradable.Tuvimos hormigas y arañas de compañeras de habitación.

Städningen av rum var okej, hade dock förväntat mig att de tömde sopor, bytte handdukar och bytte lakan vid synligt smutsiga sängkläder.

Rummet är fräsch, bra AC, bekväma sängar.
Nära till strand, restauranger och butiker.

Fin leilighet. Stille og rolig. Bra renhold. Hyggelig resepsjon

Comfortable stay with a great location. Next t9 the beach, close to walk to shops and the bus stop.

Rundum toller Urlaub.

Lage ist gut, in der Nähe vom Hafen. In die Altstadt braucht man zu Fuß 40min, aber es fahren regelmäßig Busse.
Die Wohnung war sauber, jedoch etwas veraltet.

Wir hatten für drei Personen gebucht, doch Zusatzbett war nicht angezogen und Leintücher mussten wir uns selbst besorgen. Es hatte auch nur zwei Badetücher in der Dusche. Wir hatten es am 2. Tag dem Office mitgeteilt, doch es passierte nichts.

Fantastisk utsikt. God beliggenhet. Renhold og nye håndklær hver dag. Leiligheten har det man trenger av utstyr. Litt dårlig renhold, ellers helt supert. Vi kan godt leie her igjen neste år!

Ideal position, clean, tidy and value for money

Location is great, right on the beach. Contrary to indications, we had neither a coffee maker nor kettle, and it took two days and discussions to obtain at least one of the two. Service could be improved.

Trevlig lägenhet med bra läge.
Bra sängar.
En allmän upprustning skulle behöva göras. Det var mycket som var slitet.
Dåligt med köksutrustning. Skulle behövas fler grytor och mer utrustning. Spisen är extremt långsam.

Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding, top locatie aan het mooie strand! Jammer dat er geen zwembad was. Verder heel schoon, elke dag schoongemaakt.

So the thing you are paying for here is the view and the location, which is right on the beach, about a 10 minute walk into alcudia.

However, the apartment itself is dated and far smaller then it looks. The drawers and the wardrobe smell musty and i had to spray with perfume and leave open all the time, was qyite offputting. There were large chunks taken out of the bedroom door as though someone had punched it.
The kitchen is little more then a sink and a fridge and we could only prepare sandwiches...there is no worksurface at all
The aircon is great even if very dated ans with no way to change the temperature. There is no receptiom here and rarely anyone to help with any queries.
If your holiday is about sleeping in and resting then this place is not for you. The walls and ceilings are so thin and we were woken up at 8am every morning with funiture being moved about next door and upstairs. This was depsite asking for a top floor room. The cleaners are going all day from 8.30 to 4.30 so no way of trying to have any peace and quiet. Must say the cleaners do a fantastic job.

If i'm honest the view and distance to the beach are incredible but not enough for me to come back.

Cerca de la playa. Cocina suficiente. Un pero sería el aire acondicionado y las ventanas. La recepción en otro edificio muy mejorable si llegas tarde.

A excepción de que el aire acondicionado estaba dañado y no se podía dormir fresco por el calor y q habían hormigas por todos lados todoo lo demás es excelente la ubicación y la atención

slecht hotel: geen communicatie vanuit personeel: geen hulp of meedenken; extra betalen voor safe; bar savonds om 22:00 al dicht; keukentje in appartement is niets; kunnen ze net zo goed weg doen. slecht ontbijt, slecht eten. personeel weet niets: zeggen alleen zo moet ik het doen, ik weet ook niet waarom. factuur van bar is niet na te kijken of het klopt; er staat alleen het bedrag op, niet wat je hebt genuttigd.

Very well situated on the beach and close to the marina. Friendly staff with nice gardens and pool.

It was very close to a good beach. The structure is not extremely modern, but it's comfortable. There was no water in the hotel for a couple of hours, but they fixed the issue pretty quickly
