Hotel Excelente... Problemas en el Estacionamiento

El Hotel es muy limpio, habitaciones muy cómodas con todos los servicios; el único problema es el estacionamiento, ya que lo tienen compartido con un sitio de taxis y el acceso es muy reducido. Cuando llegué al hotel un taxista simplemente no quiso mover su taxi y no pude ingresar al estacionamiento del hotel a pesar que el encargado de la recepción del hotel se lo pidió y aún así no quiso quitarse. Tuve que estacionar mi auto en un estacionamiento público :(

No hay un elevador para las maletas, por lo mismo para las carriolas y mucho peor no es pato para personas con alguna restricción en su movilidad.

No hay servicio de ningún tipo de comida y el desayuno solo es si se programa, pero tampoco indican q hay q programarlo.

Stayed one night since i was going to a wedding. The hotel's location was great and there's a lot around that area. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful! My only suggestion would be to add an additional mirror in the room since the only one available was in the bathroom.

Precio un poco alto, faltan amenidades.
Pros:

Elegí este hotel por su localización en pleno centro del pueblo. La adaptación de la casa que fue de la familia Del Mazo estuvo muy bien hecha. Las habitaciones cómodas y amplias. Sin embargo, para tratarse de un hotel "boutique", como ellos se auto denominan, escatiman las amenidades: Los artículos de baño son pocos y de baja calidad; falta un tapete en el baño, ya que el clima de Atlacomulco es muy frío. Y para la cafetera, es vergonzoso que pongan sobres de café soluble.
Deberían implementar un servicio de desayuno continental, al menos jugo, café, fruta y pan tostado.
La relación precio/beneficio/pueblo se me hace poco conveniente para el huésped.
